Great for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Managing different requirements and their priorities at single place. We can get a bird view of all the tasks needed to be done. Everything is tracked and all the stackholders are informed all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little learning curve as there are lots of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is trying to streamline projects. That's what I feel. We have benefited a lot from tracking and prioritising the tasks and keeping the stack holders informed. This decreases the friction between product and tech team too.

There are many things which I liked most.
Design of the Application.
Boards for seperate task
Easy to use like we can add subtask by Ctrl + S. So many shortcuts and easy to understand

What do you dislike about the product?
Resolution of app
I can not use application in my laptop screen properly as it requires to zoomout to 90% . Otherwise I need to do vertical scroll which is not good for end user

Earlier we used excel sheet for our issues later , our product manager told to use this tool so that he can track the issues. Now it is not only track they issue but also help us in many things

Anyone can easily manage there task and track progress from Asana so definitely it will be a good solution for task management and project management

What do you like best about the product?
I am working for a client that uses Asana as Bug tracking and management tool. I personally feel exhausted working with Asana. I have and am still using JIRA on daily basis and can very distinctively say that both these tools are very different. Asana is nothing like JIRA at all. Asana is good for project management perspective but I personally wouldn't use it for Bug tracking and management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Bug creation and tracking procedure is a headache plus I did not see from where I can define a bug life cycle in the project. I wanted it to make some changes in order to strengthen the project health quality wise but I couldn't find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As i stated earlier, Asana is a good tool when it comes to project management and for higher management it gives a clear picture where the team is focused and what are the task everyone working on. So I can say that it helps in collaboration and close monitoring.

Improved UI is smooth, makes my work faster. Improved Documentation and Support. It can integrate with additional collaboration tools.

It would be nice to see gen AI embedded, search and support, along with AI Agents integration.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana's user interface is very nice for the user's experience. Integration with the other project management apps like google drive, Microsoft teams, slack, etc is very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no time tracking system available in asana. For a beginner, it can be a bit difficult to use asana. There are more than enough features available for tasks which sometimes makes us feel even a simple task a bit overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana made project management very easy and smooth. After we started using asana we got a very clear view of how much effort and developers will be required and the timeline estimation has become very easy.

It's one of the best project management tool that helps is managing daily or project related tasks and communicate across multiple teams on the activities

Currently I don't see a status option that gives the collaborators any visibility on to whether the activity has started or In Progress

It's one of my go to tools on a day to day basis to review my list of activities to be completed across projects and clarify any queries with collaborators for activity completion
Its a good application for bug tracking but can have good user friendly interface

Its like a very vast tool, once you master it, you wont like other tools. its kind of good fit to project management

What do you like best about the product?
The program's ability to be customized for individual users is the feature I value most. Individual notifications and alerts can be set to help us stay on track with our projects and deadlines. Since team members can access it using any device (computer, tablet, or smartphone), delegating tasks and monitoring progress is easy. In addition, it can be combined with other apps to make them more effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to keep track of everything when you're working on multiple projects at once. The lack of a priority system makes managing notifications a huge time sink.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Above all, the platform facilitates communication between team members. Completed and ongoing projects should be discussed, as well as any tasks, subtasks, integrations, or collaborative developments.
