What do you like best about the product?
I have worked in the integration domain which integrates all ALM, SCM and CRM systems. Here Asana is providing a lot of things for free or at a very nominal cost compared to others. The same is not provided through any of the other software. It has all the major plugins which are easily configurable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It provided a complete solution for me hence I cannot find any reason to dislike the product. Overall I can see that plugins are emerging which can add more value to the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Three problems for which I was looking for a solution: issue tracking, billing and having a roadmap of the product. One of the great features I liked was easy integration with Slack and mail services.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Asana is it's easy to use user-interface, integrations with other tools, focused for collaboration and the best is task management. It's very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few items I dislike about Asana but few of them are here. It doesn't have any time tracking features for worklogs. It's easy to use but not very easy for the beginners
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps with project management capabilities and the task management. It makes it easier to do anything with the taka be it prioritization, assignmente etc.

It's very user friendly. Rather than using other complex project management tools, one should try out Asana first.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best and cheapest alternative to using Jira along with a lot of features included into one place like management, tracking, 3rd party integrations, & collaborations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside as of now I can think of, if you are an IT guy who is struggling to manage their resources & spending more time in that area then this is the product to choose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in collaboration with the other team members & tracking the tasks & project management & works like a single go-to place for everything & arranging meetings is the best in here

Any IT guy I meet and if I get to know they are struggling with managing resources I would directly recommend them to try Asana.

Some glitches observed in UI.
Mobile UI can be improved.
When using app it tries to open in browser when clicking anything.
Need to add more graphics in UI so it can be attractive.
In case of multiple projects, its very hard to navigate all of them.

Asana provides the ability to collaborate with other colleagues on project and task, which helps us keep track of progress and improve productivity and performance.
Almost Perfect Work Tracking App
What do you like best about the product?
I like how well we can keep track of tasks and organize it in Boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Asana doesn't have a snooze task from notification.

Asana keeps track of my Task which are to be done and some parameters which we can mention in the description keeping an eye on every change in the task.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves my problems in project creation, assigned task to multiple users tracking task status of each individual user. It's saves my efforts and time so that we can have full visibility of business model.
Workload managements with Asana is a breeze.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to create and organize group projects. Setting up reminders for tasks is quick and straightforward. Facilitate the transfer of responsibility between team members. You are not required to create new assignments for the same position every month. The software makes it easy to divide employees into distinct groups, facilitating effective task distribution. When we await a response from the users or groups, we can schedule a follow-up task for later completion. If additional help is required, we can list the individual's name, and they will be added to the project. The product's interface is excellent, making switching between groups and tasks simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attachments uploaded for particular tasks are not always simple to access. The current software version also has no way to divide tasks between multiple users splitting subtasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes workload distribution a breeze, as it notifies supervisors immediately when an unfinished task requires our attention. Our managers can organize our workload by assigning relative priority to different tasks. In addition to the due date, we can also apply custom labels to tasks. Additionally, we can create customized labels to facilitate more efficient operations.

Asana is an excellent program for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Available through the website and mobile apps. Asana makes it easier to focus and stay on task. You can use it to track important dates, responsibilities, and more. It's a valuable tool for prioritizing and progressing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Sometimes it is challenging to locate completed projects.

This is a central place where everyone on the team can see what has been completed and is in progress, and management can monitor everyone's progress.
