What do you like best about the product?
I have been using asana in my earlier projects and found it easier to use than its competitors like Jira, Trello
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, just that most of the managers were not aware of how to use it and prefer traditional tools hence such an awesome tool was ignored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use, beginner-friendly, modern UI, Easy to kickstart a project without complex configurations.

Easy and fun project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is intuitive and easy to interact with. You can get started with little to no prompting as everything is really easy to set up, especially if you've worked with Kanban-style boards before.
What do you dislike about the product?
Found it initially hard to figure out how to create sub-headings within a card. tab + N is the keyboard shortcut (after much searching). I feel like it could be easier to add subheadings to keep tasks organized and in the correct category
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy task management. Asana hosts a space that allows us to track big projects as well as small everyday tasks that we need to tick off.

Create columns for task status and assign the tasks to the team very easily.
Move the task from one stage to another according to the status of the task.

The navbar can be made more simpler.
Some times it's very hard to find my tasks when I am assigned to multiple projects.
Getting a lot of mails for the task updates is sometimes annoying.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By dividing a large project into small small tasks give the developer a clear view of their targets and by doing so we can better estimate the cost and time that is to be consumed by the project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Before you start using asana just go through some basic knowledge about how to add the task in asana how to assign it to someone, how to update the status of any task and what are the meanings of all the task statuses

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the best platform for managing both personal to-do lists and strategic projects. The personal views and custom rules allow each user to use Asana differently, making it easy for our team to succeed. The frequent feature updates are also a huge benefit, as they keep us aligned with our goals. We compared many of Asana's competitors and found that there is no better platform for project management or strategic alignment.

I miss more ability to customize task templates which would greatly simplify organization

This app has truly helped me boost my productivity and get things done more efficiently. It's made a big difference in my workflows.

As a kanban board or scrum board I always like the way asana offer its functionality

Asana - Awesome tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
The features of Asana AI is so worth and helpful. It is designed to automate tasks, provide intelligent project insights, and create, summary, summarize work. Some of the features it includes - smart status updates, AI-powered fields, and "AI Teammates" for workflow automation are so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main feature I expect is the native time tracking tool. A robust time-tracking feature introduced within the platform will make it a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create task and keep updating the task and when the task gets updates, the notifications helps me. Overall with the visualizations the proeject management has become much easier
