Easy, flexible, user friendly Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Templates, views, progress of tasks, and tasks sections

As far compare with trello, no dislikes at all for now

Using lists and timeline and calendar is more useful

Asana is one of my favorite software tools overall. Clean, efficient and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to think, but I would say opportunities to customize projects and tasks within them.

We use Asana for Project Management in our company.

What do you like best about the product?
With Asana, you can manage your projects and tasks easily. With a user-friendly interface and robust features, even complex workflows can be managed easily. Asana also integrates well with other productivity tools, which makes it even more powerful. Overall, Asana is an excellent choice for anyone looking for project management or task management solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback is that you can't create new tasks from the calendar view-you have to go back to the list view to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allowed us to track milestones throughout campaigns. We could assign tasks to employees and track their progress. We also kept track of time budgets with the Harvest integration.

Ease of use, Scalability, projects, dashboards, ability add multiple tasks in quickly, sub task mgmt, alerts on pending tasks, security features and collaboration

Nothing much as i love the tool. I feel it is a great tool but needs more visualisation and word cloud capabilities and tableau integration and analytics and ML capabilities

Efective Collaboration, ownership issues of task owners, sub task assignment, task sharing, to do list, email alerts, multi tasking capabilities and timelines to manage effectively.
Project Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Easier to Manage multiple projects. Best for keeping track of tasks allocated with the necessary customization options. This gives the user various options to add additional information to the task/project moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Better notification structure would be super helpful. Would like having desktop notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps a lot in increasing the productivity of teammates and the efficiency of finishing up a project by following the timeline and interacting within tasks and other subtasks.

I like that it's simple to get started and to to start adding values to the team

I think it could be more intuitive the relation between different tasks

It's a good fit for those who work with SCRUM but keep in mind they have this limitation on their APIs

What do you like best about the product?
Its the best project management tool for managing tasks and assigning to respective team members without investing much time on communicating with team members from different departments. Loved it!

Nothing is there to dislike about Asana. It is one of the best tools for my project management needs. If they have a desktop app, it will definitely be a game-changer for them

Asana is a versatile application that serves a variety of purposes. For example, it can be used as a project tracker, to-do list, collaboration tool, or kanban board. Thanks to its various integrations, Asana is incredibly flexible and adaptable. It's been fantastic for my company and me - it has a great kanban/to-do function and the ability to work with teams effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss some sorting options that would make finding tasks much easier.

Asana improves team efficiency, management of tasks and projects, as well as communication within our team through the use of chat. This has drastically reduced the number of internal emails we exchange.
