Great all-in-one tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana feels easy to use and has a nice design. It also comes with an app, which really makes it useful with every device you might have. Besides that it comes with everything you need for proper project tracking: Checklists, task cards etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Basically, the app can do almost everything, and that is also the only negative aspect I can find: It may serves too many jobs and therefore can get quite messy or hard to use if you are only looking for one specific feature, such as checklists - there a simpler solutions out there serving this specific job like to-do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track my project itself and progress within it, keeping everything on track with checklists, collaborating with my colleagues (and add them to tasks), deadlines etc. All in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
They have a free trial, so no need to worry, and its easy to switch all your stuff to this tool. Ists a living product, not for documentation purpose. So no need to copy all your old stuff.
Asana is my go to tool for staying organized across projects and teams.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up projects, assign tasks, and keep deadlines visible. The different views. List, board, and timeline. make it simple to manage work in whatever way fits the project, and notifications help me stay on top of updates without losing track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I’m very happy with it. If anything, I’d love more flexibility in reporting and dashboards without needing extra setup. A simpler onboarding flow for first time users would also make adoption even easier.

Time! Tracking too.

A simple and easy to use project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy assignments and tracking of tasks. The kanban view is easy to create and adapt to. The system makes managing projects easy for even beginners. A large number of integrations is helpful. We did utilize Jira along with Asana for a perfect software development management system
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial onboarding was good. We did not face any issues. It would have been great to add automated workflows with a limit to the free plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy management of tasks with one dashboard. There is a lot of clarity in project management and a higher rate of completion of tasks.

Multiple projects at a time can bw handled and team view of work

Can't sync with emails and calendar and mobile version not easy to use

It helps managing task in the team and can check the workload among the people

Have a free trial and you will not regret it
Not keen on the move to pushing people to a paid version

I love the functionality of Asana as a way to manage a to do list that has many moving parts
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no problem in paying for more features, I don't expect things to be free, but I'm not going to pay for "two seats" when I am a solopreneur, just because they view it as a "team" software.

My memory is all over the place, so Asana helps me to come into the office each day and feel organised
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want your day to be easily organised, but you're not a visual person that needs boards and images, then Asana is perfect - I've gone from endless lists to just this one super helpful tool
Great Project management for small to large team
What do you like best about the product?
I have used it for multiple big and small projects, really intuitive for larger user base.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not mobile friendly enough for me, definitely something to focus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is one of the best project management tools that I came across for my personal project as well as large project with lots of team members working with me. This tool has just made my life easier having everything related to the project and tasks in one location and easily tracked.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows you to manage your tasks, divide the tasks between the people. I really appreaciate. Now they have implemented collaborative AI teammates and smarter resource management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, nothing to dislike in asana as of now. Everything works as per expectations.

Asana removed headache of keeping sheets for task management.

It's user interface is really easy to understand and it helps in managing my work through easy updates.

There is nothing as such that I disliked but a better new user guide would be more helpful

Adams helps me in managing my timeline and daily charts through which I am able to manage my daily tasks better than before, get automatic updates and am able to fulfill my tasks with better efficiency

Asana is an ex-ordinary software management tool for organizations and projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very good project management tool, but other features like reports and more aren't very user-friendly.

Using asana project daily task information and team day-by-day progress management.
Perfect Agency Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Running, managing and tracking tasks and projects.
Having dependencies on tasks to assist with the flow between one person completing their tasks and the next person getting notified they can start on their next task.
Adding contributors to certain projects but not having to provide them with full access to all projects is a huge advantage.

Can get confusing when duplicating a task and trying to complete it, yet all projects that are included are still displayed.
