Helpful but also more work
What do you like best about the product?
It was a great tool for organizing information and tracking staff performance. It could be great for big business managers to oversee many projects with multiple contributors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a large amount of work to get the project and To-Do list created, and it requires a lot of logging-on and updating from the team. Overall it felt like it took more time than our actual projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was helpful in getting my junior management team organized and on the same page when it comes to onboarding new staff. It was a good tool for getting everything clearly listed and organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This could be a great tool for Upper management of large businesses or large projects. It is really best utilized when the team had bought it on the value of the app. Super important to ensure that the team is updating their progress.

I still believe Asana is a good project management tool, but after using other software, I believe there are better options now.

Cluttered user interface

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows us to manage projects, hiring and staffing, and communication all while the entire team is working remote. We utilized the board and list tools most often.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me manage all my projects effortlessly and in a very efficient way. The platform is super friendly and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm happy with Asana but would really love it if they can add options to customise my goals, reports and portfolios as per my preferred view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage all business goals, keep them on track, assign sub-tasks to my team members and meet all the project-related tasks as per the set deadlines.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very useful however it can be challenging to get the most of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
So many functions it's easy to get lost in the tool. Some initial training would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team leader it's useful to see what everyone in the team is doing and priotizing to make sure everyone's on the same page.
A good tool for project management in teams
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been working well over time for me and my co-workers.

The calendar integration has improved a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Asana for task management at a personal level. However, I did not progress beyond the trial as I was not able to set up a workflow in Asana. A bit more detailing for personal work management would have helped.
Asana is perfect tool. Management to personal to do list it serve all perpose.

in-depth breakdown of work. level like team > project> task >subtask. then a goal, milestone, reporting and powerful admin console.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tool like slack etc 100+ integration but if they provide such tool facility in it then it can be good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a bigger team, for a complex process, for in-depth work it provides one go solution. I have used it majorly as a personal to-do financial tracking tool.

Asana is the Best Project Management Software I've Ever Used
What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive and easy to learn. I've used other project management platforms and find them clunky and harder to use, compared to Asana. This is always my first choice of project management platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
When creating recurring events, there's a lot that has to be changed for each new event. It would be nice if they made that easier, but, honestly, that's really the only complaint I have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it's like having my brain online. I can create all of the tasks for a launch or project and then fill in the details as they emerge. It's also the best way to collaborate, because I can choose who on my team sees what, etc.
Best agile project management tool we've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and easy to use interface. There's a great mobile app. They roll out small incremental improvements, which is nice. We also use the Slack integration which works well to stay on top of things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app is shamefully terrible (slow & connection losses). The Forms feature is lacking a lot of options, like field validation, making it not yet useful for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing a lot of our business processes, including quotations, invoicing and project production. With a team often working remotely, this tool gives easy access to any information they need.

Pay for the premium plan, the rules alone are worth it.
Best and easy to use for project/activity mgmt
What do you like best about the product?
Easily track activity stage of each project with time stamp and super useful to collaborate internally and with external users, summary view is the best very helpful to outline a project and presentation
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot think of any, it has well suited our environment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We being startup have several projects easy to capture each tasks and deliverables, assigning tasks with notifications being sent on slack messaging was super useful plus we are using Okta as single sign on and Asana integrated well with Okta SSO
A great tool that helps you to organize tasks and collaborate with your team easily!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simple appearance of Asana and quick access to tasks, task management is very easy and all team members are satisfied.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is somewhat unused, most of the good features are monetary, and the situation for sub-tasks cannot be defined.

We are managing our tasks, showing the remaining tasks, and planning.
