A lot of things in one platform
What do you like best about the product?
Assigning tasks is by far the most powerful thing on this app. You can assign people, dates, subs tasks, and write detailed descriptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the board view is outdated and would like to see something like airtable or notion where views are customizable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of recurring tasks or tasks way into the future.
Easy to use and helpful to keep project management on track.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create workflows for processes and projects that involve multiple people or teams. Asana makes it easy to see where each component of a project is and easy to follow up with any overdue tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is only as strong as its userbase. It isn't as helpful if some team members refuse to use it but is unstoppable if the entire team truly embraces it. In that scenario, projects become more organized and more likely to stay on time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me and my team understand where we each are in the process of bringing a project to completion and cuts down on back and forth via email and interoffice messaging.

The bird's-eye-view tat it provides on features and RAID items

The arrows for dependencies are sometimes confusing

Like i said, a verygood tool specially for the product on which multiple teams are working and it also provides a bird-eye-view on features and RAID items

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps team members stay focused, find out new tasks assigned to them, and how all that contributes to sprint completions

I don't like that it is not as universally easy to use the interface for all dev disciplines. I wish there were easier views that could me managed by the team leaders

Problem of over tasking and running into deadlines es. Asana helps us mitigate problems in our long term roadmap

I like that Asana allows you to track the progress of tasks/projects and can be a useful tool as well for taking notes and storing media.

There should be more automations and improvements on the notifcations.

It is currently solving our internal organization communication and the need for a workspace, especially for collaboration.

If you are looking for a good project management tool, Asana is your key.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage, organize, track my teams work. Being able to access it on mobile. I am using all of the Asana tools. It has a lot of similarities but Asana is well presented, overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I am exploring it more and getting familiarised with things. I haven't encountered an error on my end yet. Perhaps getting more improvements as you go is better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is quite beneficial for me because I am able to have visibility on things that my team are working on. It made me productive too. Yes, the business performance has increased.

Explore it and you'll know how awesome it is.

The integration between work applications and tools make the job a lot easier.

The lack of more help topics with such a robust software.

It's helps with team visibility when you use a crm to report cases. You can see what's worked and what stage of progress cases may be, if it grown stagnant.
