Asana is the best project management tool, hands down.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Asana for project management. Top features are its ability to tie tasks to multiple projects, subtask organization, and syncing to calendar and contact records.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to find things like Asana forms associated with projects. But generally Asana is the best project management tool I've used.

I love how I can stay on top of my tasks and know exactly what I am supposed to be doing and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish that Asana could do would be to automatically move a completed task to the completed section

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it really easy to create the roadmap and do the sprint planning with the resource hours and the integration of it with existing system too is quit straight forward

When we create a very long work flow and interlink several modules with each of them having resource planning and sprint plan Than at some point I feel too overwhelmed with the amount of information available

It helps focusing on the main business core functionalities and helps coordinate internal team by creating the automated plans and sprints and even easily integrates with other tools

Not very straightforward and takes time to get used to.

What I like the most about Asana is that it can be integrated with other apps such as Google Drive which helps the team work more efficiently and organized.

It has no time tracking feature, which could have been a great help in monitoring and documentation.

It greatly helps in making sure that each member of the team was communicated with the given tasks delegated to them.

I really like the new Marketing Calendar in Asana because it gives a clear, high-level view of all campaigns and initiatives in one place.
It improves visibility across teams and helps prevent overlaps or bottlenecks.
It makes prioritization and capacity planning much easier.
Overall, it connects strategy to execution in a much more structured and visual way.

What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement would be deeper customization options for different marketing views (campaign, content, product, supplier, etc.).
More advanced filtering and tagging capabilities would also help segment initiatives more strategically.

the fact that we can make videos now it's great. It allows me to explain and put emotions in the project description and that way i can share the passion for the project.

Asana has streamlined our team communication. We no longer use email to communicate as a team. We use asana to organize communication into actionable items and projects. Asks no longer get lost in an email inbox, they are turned into tasks with due dates - really increases team accountability
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you decide to use Asana, fully commit. We saw the most functionality when we made the shift to it being our primary communication tool amongst our team.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a task management software. It gives me the focus and peace of mind I need. I can see everything I need to do in one UI, staying in sync with essential projects and offering our team a one-stop-shop for what we need to complete. Plus, we can use Asana on all our devices wherever we are. These factors help me feel organized and focused. Unlike other apps, Asana doesn't offer features that distract or take up too much of my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are frustrating points that make adding teammates harder than needed. Automations have their strengths, but require a higher level of investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, everyone is able to collaborate easily. One of our tools is project management, which helps us plan better for what lies ahead.

Asana is a potent project management tool. I love how it makes everything so simple! It's easy to use and has many features that make the process of streamlining your workflow a lot easier.

AI assistance with creating status updates on projects and custom rules
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to fully discount weekends when a due date is assigned via a rule, subtasks are not added to a project by default, the inability to duplicate entire sections

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Like any other new technology, project management software [Asana] can be overwhelming and intimidating. I began to feel most comfortable with the product when I shifted from creating simple to-do lists for personal action items to building out projects that incorporated collaboration with other users, customized rules, and file sharing. Asana has completely changed the way in which I approach my daily tasks at work, how I manage projects, and how I collaborate with others.

I like the fact that I can see all the tasks in one overview, especially the email notifcations.

it lacks integrations and automation for other apps.
