Seamless Setup, Essential for Managing Tight Deadlines
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the 'My Tasks' tab in Asana is organized by due date and priority, making it easy to keep track of my work. The filters are amazing for quickly showing me what I need to focus on the most. The ability to star boards is extremely useful too. Asana also allows me to be aware of the calendar since we made a board with it, and I can see at a glance what my team is working on to add to their efforts. The initial setup of Asana was seamless for me and my team.

Highly Configurable Project Management That Exceeds Expectations
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an excellent tool that supports our project management needs across various teams, departments, and projects. What I appreciate most is its high level of configurability. With its built-in features, automations, and support for third-party plugins, I have rarely encountered any significant gaps between what I want and what the platform offers. To be honest, the few shortcomings I did notice were a few years ago, and since joining my current organization, I haven't needed to revisit those issues. It's quite possible that they have already been addressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I encounter difficulties when attempting to integrate Asana with other platforms, but this is usually due to my own limitations in setting up webhooks. Whenever I can get assistance from my developers, they are able to resolve these problems. Aside from that, I haven't experienced any user-related issues myself.
