Asana is a critical tool to my organization's success.

CSV task importer, custom reports, teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting is not very useful for my needs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing cross-team collaboration on project implementations
Great for organizing and prioritizing tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great tool to organize and prioritize my tasks and projects. It is a very user-friendly tool, with a great interface to navigate around easily. It allows me to see in an easy and orderly way, my pending tasks, and arrange them according to their priority.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it lacks a little more detail in terms of data security and collaboration. You should be able to adjust which fields you give editing/visibility access to a third party. I also think there is a lack of flexibility in the type of fields that can be created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a consulting firm and I carry out several projects at the same time. Asana has allowed me to organize my projects and tasks, and have better visibility of my delivery times so that I can better manage each project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool to organize and prioritize tasks, projects and manage teams.
Great multi-use tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can switch between different types of views - list, board, calendar. Frequency of tasks can also be customized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the cost of the premium version is so high. Tasks cannot be assigned to more than one person. Widget is difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me keep track of all the misc tasks I have to do. It helps me plan large production runs/projects and schedule weekly, monthly, and annual tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is great for keeping track of all tasks, big and small. At work, I use it to schedule tasks that need to be done regularly. I can assign tasks to other team members and check on what we've accomplished. I've recommended it to my daughter to keep track of large service projects she's working on.

What do you like best about the product?
You can communicate with your teammates and clients on the same project. You can add the stages you are used to work with in a easy way
What do you dislike about the product?
If I have a task without a date it does not appear in the My tasks section. You can not move a subtask to other stage unless you move the general task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The registration of the task of a project, the technical support and the specific requirements. The communication between team members
An easy to use, satisfying to master, project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very intuitive platform. Asana makes it easy to onboard new team members or clients and starts being useful to them from day one. The platform in itself is very user friendly, and encourages users to keep learning how to use it as they go on!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some features that would make Asana a lot better. Things like saving sections as templates so that you can copy them over to other projects, or allowing you to repeat things monthly on a certain day rather than by a set amount of days (like every second Tuesday of the month for example) would be very useful additions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When managing over 15 projects regularly, it can be very hard to keep track of every single status or task detail. Asana allows you to keep task conversations to a certain task, which means you can always go back to it in the future and find what you're looking for.
My best coworker - Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is constantly rolling out new features that make my job easier. We are a small shop, and it is hard to have my eyes on everything. Once you figure out notifications, Asana is amazing at keeping me informed without getting too in the weeds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications are tricky and the team is often frustrated with the lack or overload. You also really have to set up a system of categorization of projects and stick to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Detailed project management and leadership oversight. We are able to track current projects while also using Asana for historical references (how many hours did we quote for this task last year?)
Asana is an absolute eye candy. There is a slight delay in loading due to display and heavy data.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is amazing (like Monday). There's not much showing on the screen and not hard for project managers like me to work on tasks without eye-sore. The notification is also great as it automatically refreshes if you have multiple tabs open.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading period. I used Trello and Monday. Monday uses more data due to displays and still managed to load faster. If the issue with slow loading time could be improved, that would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm doing project management for a digital marketing agency and I adore the list of available apps for integration. We use GSuite and Slack and this is a huge help!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the absolute software when it comes to feels, the status set for projects is easily seen.

What do you like best about the product?
The new AI powered template automations and project summaries is helping alot with day to day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’m loving it since I started using it. A lot has evolved already with time and their support is also fantastic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Quite easy for daily communication with clients/team and assigning action items/tasks to look into.
2) It fits in my project management journey right from initial planning to execution, so it's a great help and saves a lot of time.
2) It fits in my project management journey right from initial planning to execution, so it's a great help and saves a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has a lot to do and will help out with project management, managing daily tasks, and many more.
Great to manage tasks and collaborate with your team
What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are different ways you can view your tasks, such as list, or calendar view.
What do you dislike about the product?
When giving feedback, I don't like that it creates a new subtask for each comment. It gets a little clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a great way to leave a paper trail for all collaborative work. It keeps everyone on track and is very helpful, especially for those who work remote.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is easy to use and intuitive. You can use it as a simple way to manage your own tasks, but you can also use it to collaborate with team members on bigger projects that require timelines, tasks, subtasks, feedback, and more.
If the team is willing - this is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Shared tasks, the orientation and UX, surprises and celebrations, commenting and interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few small changes in the features - automation related that were a bit wonky on the flip side, but overall nothing to hate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana enables us to collaborate on documents tied to specific tasks and projects, it keeps us aware of what everyone has on their plate and how to better support one another.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would try to ensure that the whole team is bought-in to usage - they will need to shift how they use other programs to fit it in, and you will need to build a culture around the product. If you can't dedicate the time to it, it will be a weight versus a catapult towards your goals.
