What do you like best about the product?
It was a pretty platform. It wasn't like it was outdated or anything!
What do you dislike about the product?
It was harder to navigate than other platforms I've used. I enjoy basecamp and teamwork.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that it keeps all work in one place and organized.it makes it easy to keep a paper trail.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it's all about preference! Some people love it. Worth a try.
Best for project management
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface and easy management
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about asana though it would be great if we have more user guides
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits I have realised are that I don't need any extra tool for any project to keep track of it
Easy to use, eye catchy and interactive
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can add tasks and your teammates can check them in real-time. Also is easy to use, organized and includes different canvas options for your projects; you can share extra documents with your team. Moreover, it includes different view options depending on what you want to focus on in your project.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't assign the same task to different people, it only allows one person per task. Also, there's a limited importing and exporting documents ability, you can not upload a variety of heavy documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my school program there, I can schedule a whole semester's lesson plan and check my progress and different teachers' progress. Moreover, if there's a barrier or we have to change the program it's easier for everybody to just do it there.
We love Asana!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been a project manager for many years. There are so many features that I like about Asana - the integrations, forms, portfolios, proofing, adding tasks to multiple projects...Asana is constantly working to improve. I love this since there is an element of surprise to see what comes next. I remember how exciting it was when it became possible to toggle between list and board view on a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Full team-wide adoption is challenging. We have upped our training game since I started to head up a task force about a year ago which includes a rep from each department. We meet monthly to check in re: pain points, strategies and wins in our departments. I have gotten better at training new employees on the platform when they join the company but then once they are onboarded and their individual team is not strong on Asana they may stop using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving for organizational silos. Silos are a perennial problem, especially now that we are almost fully remote.
We are working to build an archive of project templates so that we do not need to recreate the wheel each time and so we have an archive of past projects.
We are getting better at triaging various organizational requests through forms to different project boards rather than having this information get lost in emails, slack, etc.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana offers many resources for learning and implementing the platform. We did not have an in-house expert when I began at Dream Corps 7 years ago. It has been a challenge to build up team-wide commitment and use of Asana. As the years have passed and I have assumed more and more responsibility for team-wide implementation I recognize that patience and persistence must be part of any Asana implementation strategy. It also might have helped us if we had hired someone who was already proficient in the platform before introducing it so that the foundations were strongly established from the start.
Used ASANA for many projects
What do you like best about the product?
ASANA is very easy to use and has lot of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. I haven't found any cons about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using ASANA for creating, managing, reporting and implementation of SOPs and other process improvements,

Keep up the good work.
The Best Way to Organize Your Work
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is extremely well constructed. I run a 10-person design/development agency and the ability to layout work, track that work, and provide revisions all in the same place is extremely valuable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I like using Asana for personal organization as well. The only downside I've found in using Asana for my business and professional lives is the fact that the paid Asana version requires multiple seats, so it doesn't make sense for single users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us solve the important issue of getting everyone on the same page, breaking down large tasks into sub tasks and assigning them to the appropriate person. For us, we love the fact that we can keep everything pertaining to a specific client in the same spot for internal reference at any point in time.
I strongly recommend Asana because I believe it is a very complete management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The different ways of managing projects, whether large, medium or small
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could be more filter options in the Reports, especially by dates
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've left projects that would normally be a mess into very organized projects with a well-defined schedule. It connects the dots very well and is very interactive.
Asana has improved productivity and visibility while keeping teams aligned
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. It is an intuitive tool that allows users to quickly adopt Asana. I also like the variety of views for managing projects, from lists, boards, and timelines. There is a workflow that meets everyone's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having a dedicated space within a project that allows you to take notes with screenshots embedded. Our work around is to create a task and track notes in the description, but the screenshots have to be attached to the bottom instead of within the text of the notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating portfolios that give leaders an overview of all the intiatives that are currently in progress and then being able to report out on the status for each project. Asana has also helped to improve the speed of projects and allows everyone to know exactly what the success metrics are for each initiative.

What do you like best about the product?
The new home page feature. Love how I have a private notepad and can quickly create new tasks. I love some of the rules (wish I had a higher plan), I love the colors as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge fan of adding a new task from the My Tasks tab because it will start the new task way below all of the other tasks and I can't see what I'm typing unless I scroll
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've created many ticket systems with ASana. This gives people action items right away. We are also mapping processes using asana tasks and subtasks, and system onboarding is driven through asana
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's amazing!
Amazing experience with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
UI of Asana is very easy to use. The best thing was I can approach all projects from one main screen. When I'm adding ticketes it's giving me space to add max information about tickets. And I can add/tag more than one People.
What do you dislike about the product?
After adding/assigning a ticket. I was unable to locate ticket status.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A complete track of project planning.
We can check assigned tickets as well in listing from.
Completed tasks/tickets also informed via message in inbox.
Also I can React on them.
