What do you like best about the product?
Asana is such a great tool for project management and for internal communication among all the stakeholders that participate in the project having the same goal
What do you dislike about the product?
I would prefer the layout and the interface to be more clear and clean. Sometimes, the tasks are confusing and we would need more automations in the tasks as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asynchronous communication and feedback as far as a project is concerned, comments from colleagues that can contribute with their opinion and clear deadlines are some features that I love!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a tool that will offer you easy collaboration with all the stakeholders participating in a project, setting deadlines, scheduling feedback and interacting with other departments of the same company but always in a safe online environment, then Asana is the most excellent choice !!
Great way to collaborate
What do you like best about the product?
Reduces email traffic and inbox clutter. Great way to track projects and follow progreass on each. Recommend for any team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes time to set it up well and create categories etc. But if you invest time it pays dividents.

Minimizing email traffic.
Great idea, but learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of ways to stay organized and work with unique workflows, love the different calendar views and assigning capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost too many features, it took a while for our team to get the hang of it and whenever we introduced someone else to the platform it seem to mess up our flow. Again lots of great potential, just requires time to adjust and figure out how it will be used
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We found it most beneficial for assigning tasks and keeping track of those projects with the submission forms. However a lot of our projects are managed on other platforms so having to go back-and-forth was not ideal and if we hosted everything on Asana I think it would be great

I like that it keeps my tasks and teamwork organized

Nothing at the moment. I am still learning all the functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No repeat work and everything at my finger tips. I no longer forget tasks as I can pull things for email and slack easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana can integrate with Salesforce. Also, I like that I can choose either list view, board view, or timeline view. It's effortless to manage

Nothing I don't like about Asana so far.

I am trying to set up project progress tracking outside of Salesforce where some users might not have license for Salesforce
App looks great for collaboration- but I'm a small group of one & the learning curve is too steep.

Asana offers lots of integrations with other apps.

The learning curve is too steep. I need something I can get up and running fast.

I tried using Asana, but it did not work for my purposes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be prepared to need time to take a deep dive into learning this app. Also, I was not impressed with the company's support- especially because the app is not cheap.

Easy user interface. Customizable, good customer support

It doesn't interface with Microsoft one drive as well as I'd like.
