What do you like best about the product?
asana has minimal and good UI, also drag and drop functionality works like a charm! for team and collaborations, it gives notifications to each member about the ticket
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other project management tools like Jira, asana missed the bug tracking feature and some advanced features that Jira has. also, I prefer Jira's UI over Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana Solves the essential problem of Tracking the progress of the project in form of tickets, its really easy to work as a team and collaborate the over a task

If you are looking for a simple and easy-to-use Project management tool without a lot of complex things then asana is the way to go!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how this tool gives visibility to project stakeholders, captures assets in progress and delivers a chat function with tagging so that team members can take action when requested.
What do you dislike about the product?
Project search can be tricky, especially when multiple business units create spaces for their respective projects, but can be navigated with an intelligent setup on the outset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve multi-team collaboration and appeal to individuals with different skill sets, from copy to design in the creative teams to project briefs written by the business owner.

Think through your respective workflows and set up your project boards accordingly

Asana is lightweight, not as feature-rich as some PMS, but still absolutely perfect for smaller outfits that do not require too many features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not a lot of options for integration, they have Zapper but that's complex and expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with project management, it's extremely simple to use and not a very time-consuming piece of software

I am assigning tasks to peers and team members. Setting dates of completion and asking for updates on Asana. Saves a lot of time and everything is more organized.

Asana makes it easy to remove the friction in managing many tasks split over many people easy.

The pushiness for upgrades to premium features gets a little overwhelming.

Managing the status of tasks among a team of a few becomes very hard very quickly, Asana solves this issue with an easy to follow system.
Effective Task Manager!
What do you like best about the product?
Project Tracking. I like that I can set different tasks into subgroups for our group rental process, assign the tasks to team members, and set specific dates for when the task must be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Asana integrated more easily with other apps used by G Suite users like SLACK and Google calendar. The emails are great, but a link to calendar events would be a game changer!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking what stage each of our group rentals is at. We coordinate over 300 events a year ranging in size from 10 people to 200 people, Asana helps us keep track of where every group is in the booking process.

I would recommend Asana to those who manage multiple projects or teams at once to ensure that all details are kept on track!
Useful and easy to set up!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set a dashboard with all my to-do tasks, and my team and I can communicate on deadlines and changes to our workflow, all in one place. It also can send you weekly reminders on projects or daily reminders of any tasks due on that date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app is a bit complicated to log in; you need to log in on the browser and confirm your credentials and sometimes also validate over e-mail if you are on a different computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, we are keeping tabs on all our projects and progress as we continue to work from home. It also helps us determine how many hours we spend in specifict tasks.

Set standards with your team, so you are all on the same page for project management.

Creating one task, and sub-tasks within it, the custom option of receiving emails daily or on a weekly basis to keep you updated on ongoing and upcoming deadlines.

If you have a large portfolio/ project, having a lot of pending tasks can make your Asana profile look daunting. Especially if you add portfolios periodically, and

Since I work from home, it can be difficult to stay on tasks and aligned with team members- this tool allows us to stay integrated and update each other throughout on progress, delays, etc.
