Asana is the best service I have been able to hire for my company.
What do you like best about the product?
With Asana it's hard to focus on just one feature, and Asana is by far one of the best services you can find online that really works.
I like the speed and quality of function with which I can both import and export files, photos and documents to and from the platform, the quality of storage is also remarkable, in my opinion it is very functional and not to mention that you can export and export data directly from the computer.
I can not fail to highlight that both functions are excellent, I have had the opportunity to use both its desktop version, as well as its mobile version and both are exceptional, quality, speed and ergonomics are its main features. If we talk about the platform itself is amazing, it has a very fast interface, has a minimalist design and is very easy to use because its design is quite intuitive.
Finally I need to highlight that its productivity reports are of incalculable help, as well as its analysis and data storage platform.

The truth is that Asana is one of the best platforms on the market, I have been using it for several months and so far I have not found any detail that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have words to describe all the benefits that Asana has given me, but what I can highlight is that my business managed to stay on its feet during the pandemic thanks to the organization provided by the platform.

Well, if you are thinking of buying the product, do it with all the confidence in the world, I would recommend it with my eyes closed. I can promise you will not regret it.
Not too much, not too little
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has plenty of flexibility and firepower to make your jobs easier and is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside, as with any product, is the cliff between tiers. We use a paid version and it works for 90 percent of what we need, but the cost to get the other 10 percent of our needs is cost-prohibitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to keep work moving and organized. Our team members can see what their tasks are at a glance and managers like the ability to see what their team members are working on.
Not the best, not the worst
What do you like best about the product?
Covers all the bases for the basic project management program needs. You can create cards and assign people, keep track of progress, attach files, etc. I've switched from using Trello to Asana and can't say I see much of a difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating through the program can be a bit tricky. I have trouble finding exactly what cards I'm looking for at times. Also, youll see all of the comments from everyone on your team even if you aren't tagged, making it harder to find the info you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently using it to manage content projects with a client. They assign a project to me and I give it back through the card. This helps both of us keep track of progress and communicate with specific content pieces.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out first. I don't think this would work well for complex projects, but for simple ones it's a good option.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a holistic application that provide the basic functionality in managing a project as well be aware of the manpower task assigment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires a bit of familiarisation but that's the learning process.

It helps to manage the timeline in implementing a project and certainly being able to be aware of the manpower allocation

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is such a powerful tool that can be used across a variety of businesses! We use it in my healthcare marketing role to coordinate on projects and ensure every one knows what they should be doing and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of parts to Asana to learn which can be overwhelming at first. Luckily, Asana Academy teaches you how to navigate their programs and helps you to better use their tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problems we solve has been communication issues. Asana allows us to effectively communicate in one place and share files and documents easily. There is no issues knowing who is doing what or when! You can easily organize your projects and see what is still pending.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely use Asana Academy so that you can navigate it easily! They teach you exactly how to use to their tools and the best practices for using each tool they have.

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward to manage the task with details and deadlines. I have used it for the last two years and am very glad to have it. My project manager assigned me functions on it and set priorities for each assigned task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I didn't get any notification even my team assigned me task on it. Also premium version is bit costlier compare toh other management tool.Otherwise overall its good to use.

Good Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like its UI. It is very simple and easy to adopt and use. Anyone in the Team can start using it with no training and that makes it easier for us to get the entire team on board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The basic feature which is the Status of the Item is under a paid plan, which I feel is bad. For bigger features, yes, it makes sense, but the status of the item is a pretty basic need in a project management tool, and putting that behind the paywall is a kind of bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration. Visibility into the team's projects and progress. It is easy to track back, analyze and know what we spent time on during the past month, it helps us sit back and have an aerial view easily.

Highly recommend it for small teams or cohorts.

What do you like best about the product?
I love everything about Asana. This program allows my team to work efficiently. We are better able to keep track of what we have completed and what still needs our focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about Asana! It is easy to use and even has elements of fun scattered throughout (such as the unicorn that flies across the screen upon completing a task).

Our teams are large, so Asana has helped us solve the issue of workflow and overlap. Each team member can claim ownership over different project tasks, which helps with accountability and efficiency.

Google all of the fun Asana "easter eggs"! It makes work more fun.

I like Simplicity which is all about Asana, but this simplicity sometimes is annoying.

Asana has very few features that can be enlarged in the future. Everything works fine, but you still want to look for something more decadent with more functionality
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for very short and simple projects. To see everything in on the board on cards and not to be confused to search for other documentation somewhere else.
Makes Task-Tracking Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Asana is laid out; you can create tasks in list or board form, and the "freemium" option offers a lot of functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
When marking a task complete, you have to move it to the "Complete" board AND mark it as complete. I wish it was not a two-step process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to communicate to-do's to one another without messaging in Slack. Those messages can easily get lost; Asana makes this easier.
