Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to organize projects with subtasks, linking to other projects, and the ability to create personalized fields that better apply to your project for optimal organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's confusing or difficult to rearrange the layout of a project. I also wish there were more options to personalize your profile, i.e. change your initials colors and such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of keeping list after list of tasks in notebooks, Word, Excel, etc., I am able to keep everything together in Asana including attachments and other information handy as needed.
Positive project management and workflow software
What do you like best about the product?
I like the communication pipeline that comes with each workflow. The chat function with each assignment along with the like or approval buttons makes employees feel like managers care about their work!
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the teams set-up can often be clunky. I think short term projects can easily be lost as well if it's just a one-time cross functional team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication on assignments and deadline management when I have competing projects.
Good but expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a good web app when you master it for project management
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive for small companies and there is quite a learning curve. I wouldn't use it for strategic planning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for project management, we tried with strategic planning but it wouldn't really fit our need. We might swith to trello as it is free compared to expensive asana.

It is long to implement, so be careful
Wonderful Product for team based work management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to collaborate between the various team for projects and tasks. The Gantt chart enables us for efficient project planning that we can visualize all the related activities. Unlimited resource space is a great advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much downside that I can think of while using this software. It's a great project management and workspace collaboration software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a solution for all-in-one software. The previous tool we were using required too many integrations with another app to complete a project.

What do you like best about the product?
Easiest tools I have been ever experienced. Assign the task to the team and set the due date in one click and no need to ask the team what they did just go to the task and check is completed or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't assign the same task to the whole team, only 1 task is assigned to 1 person if you want to assign the whole team then you need to assign individually need improvement in this section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in verbal communication, I forget what I assign to my team and forget many times, but asana resolves this problem I just go and assign the task and set the due date. after this tool, my team works more efficiently.

Best tools for task and marketing management, 100% recommended to all the companies.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to start and keep everything orderly. There are areas to track nearly every aspect of every project my team and I need to complete. It helps us stay on track and not forget little details.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, I haven't found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can keep track of all of my projects and teams all in one platform. Before we started Asana, we were dropping the ball on little things (and sometimes big things too!) But now, all of the steps are laid out in a super easy manner, and we are so grateful!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would 100% recommend Asana to everyone! Even if you don't use it for business purposes, you can use it to organize your life. Seriously don't know how I lived before Asana
Efficient project management tool for staying on track!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create, outline, schedule, and assign multiple projects and tasks at scale no matter how small or large. Communication within Asana makes for a seamless experience from beginning to end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a great tool. I dislike that you cannot assign a project to multiple people at the same time. Unless I am unaware of this function, but that would be very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating and managing tasks internally with our existing team as well as externally with our freelancer developers. Work is easily tracked throughout Asana for both applications.

What do you like best about the product?
Usually, I work on 4-5 projects at the same time. So, working with all the teams simultaneously for home and getting reminders of deadlines are two best things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grouping tasks ProjectWise was the most boring thing to do on Monday. Asana should provide group task ProjectWise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of different teams, handling Interns, tracking project timeline, and finding bottleneck problems faced during any project.

If your team or company is facing problems related to management. You should consider Asana. It will help to manage your team and find problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Software is easy to use for any level of user. It's easy to setup and modify to meet your needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Column headers are hard to see and should have the option for color coding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps everyone on track with project status. Especially helpful with a remote workforce.
works well as content management system
What do you like best about the product?
I've used it for one project with my current editing job and for the entirety of my contracted time with a freelance client. It's very easy to use and helps organize tasks and deadlines. It's easy to mark something off as completed, assign it to the next person, tag someone, add an emoji reaction or a comment, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues yet but also have not been the one to create content and deadlines in the system. I can only speak as a user who marks tasks off and reassigns them (or reacts or comments). And I've had no issues with any of that yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the special project I worked on, Asana was the perfect content management system to keep us organized and on track. Especially since I needed to collaborate with others outside of my team, it made things much smoother than if we were relying on emails and chats to keep each other updated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I know there are a lot of content management systems out there to choose from, but if you only need something for up to 15 people, this is a good one to consider if the budget is an issue. It's easy to use and really keeps teams and projects organized.
