A software to accelerate workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the greatest I've used thus far. It enables me to quickly set up and handle my responsibilities in the required manner. I can assign assignments to team members and monitor their progress in real-time. The feature helped me complete tasks more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
This software doesn't have anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep track of all the planned projects with the calendar function. As well as collaborating, groups can see how a project will progress from beginning to end.

the UX is really amazing. also, the colors of the UI are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Dashboard has too much stuff loaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management has become easier and catching up on daily stuff is easier.

Use Asana for daily Standups, so each one is clear of everyday Tasks and Project status.

I enjoy Asana is a tool that allows us to:
1.Create new projects and add external clients to them via a list, board, calendar, or timeline view.
2. With the ability to add tasks, subtasks, sections, comments, attachments, start and due dates, as well as custom fields to our projects.
3. Help us by receiving updates about changes in our projects and their functions.
4. It allows us to see all the tasks, as well as who is responsible and involved in a project in a single perspective.

It gets you started with project management
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and set up, the home dashboard is really great to view at a glance your activities and projects. When getting a team going it's easy to assign tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't keep track of how long it took for the user to finish the task and you just have the status for tasks of open and closed. Needs more features to manage different projects needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to use when starting to organice a team. If you need basic to-do lists or assignments in team organization, it's the way to go.

For basic task assignment and team control. It is easy to use when starting up and does give you an idea that your team is up to.
Awesome tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me be more productive by improving collaboration. Using Asana, you can work on as many teams and projects as you like, creating, allocating, and monitoring them. Asana gives me the ability to upload docs and files from Dropbox. Activities and tasks can be managed anywhere, including my mobile device, with any browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if Asana's interface were more intuitive because it becomes more challenging to manage projects with more projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Asana allows me to track the due dates of my tasks and manage multiple projects from a single platform, allowing me to improve my overall productivity.

I suggest Asana is a platform that allows you to build workflows, adjust views, and streamline procedures to interact with team members at different stages of a project. The mobile application for iOS and Android is continuously updated and offers us sophisticated work experiences.
Nice Project Management System
What do you like best about the product?
I have used many project management tools but I really liked Asana as it's very easy to use and understand at the team level too. task assignment, set priority, deadlines etc can be easily manageable with asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it gonna hang and the connection is lost, Pricing for the smaller plan is a bit high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product Management, Project Management, Task assignment, Deadlines and many more problems are solved with asana.
Support is gone
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an easy-to-use platform, that allows for projects, communications, file sharing, and collaboration on all projects. Asana is always improving with new updates and accessibility from multiple OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have changed their seat structure so you can not have a free version now. It auto adds people to your paid version and they charges you for it. Support is not there. I am moving away from Asana now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping multiple people on the same track, but the biggest benefit is when one person wants to know an update on a project, they can easily click in and see all the up-to-date info.

An organizer’s dream program
What do you like best about the product?
The timeline features: how you can have multiple timelines running at once and details under timeline points
What do you dislike about the product?
To see everything included in a timeline point, it feels like you have to click-thru a lot and open a new window rather than having an expanded view option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking project due dates and progress as well as reminding each person on the team of what parts they are responsible for completing
Perfect work and project management tool with fantastic service and some limitations
What do you like best about the product?
Basically, it provides us with many amazing features. But especially, I like its integration with important and widely used applications such as Tableau, Office 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc. The dashboard is highly customized and attractive, It is loaded with powerful features to manage the workflow in a series of steps. Also, here we can set up the projects and reports by creating tasks, sub-tasks, and alerts. Apart from that, we can manage the teammates by tracking their activity and the progress in the projects with the exact history of the changes/edits made altogether.
What do you dislike about the product?
All the features are fantastic and mindblowing but the search option is not in ease of use and robust as other features. It needs a better algorithm to provide good search criteria and can read the keywords better. Although, I love this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization worked over various tools for managing the data and workflow. But, Asna proved the best among all other tools. By using this tool, now we can efficiently manage the projects, reports, deadlines, and progresses. Overall, the productivity and the records can be managed very easily using this tool and it helps with proficiency. the technical support team is good and repossive.
