A must have for project and task managers
What do you like best about the product?
Teamwork and task management are made so easy, organized, and straightforward with this software.

I don't dislike anything about this software. There are so many online resources to learn and get better from.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana t anticipates all team's needs when it comes to teamwork. It is even better for managers to stay focussed and organized on the success and tracking of tasks that make up the project. I love it for teams.

Honestly, I do not dislike anything. If I had to pick something I would probably say their tutorials or lack thereof. I would enjoy them having a new user breakdown.

We are able to itemize our days so every department knows what is going on during a project.

This application for its basic uses is easy enough for anyone to use. It also has higher-level functions for your power users.

My favorite feature of Asana is the ability to interact with my team to create an integrated action plan, assign and track resources, and simply extract reports.
Asana's user-friendliness and flexibility allow me to create bespoke workflows for myself and my entire team. All of the changes made by one of my colleagues or me will be preserved and then made available to other team members. All work team members benefit from this feature, which guarantees that they are given the most realistic and efficient work schedule possible. Users can benefit from Asana's integration with many other applications when switching from one system to another.

Asana works perfectly for me, offering excellent features and solutions to organize and prioritize our projects, through ready cards and boards where it allows us to organize our tasks in a simple and effective way, a tool that is flexible and simple adapting to our needs I like it a lot because It offers end-to-end security, speed and is broad, I like it for the benefits it brings to my team.

Asana changed my perspective on Projects Management Tools! We use it literally every day.
What do you like best about the product?
It makes it possible to communicate precisely with the rest of the team and it avoids us using e-mail for everything and needing to wait for the answer, with Asana everything is super practical and intuitive. Using it for + than a year now and I honestly can say that my brain, my methods, have changed after the use. I even started to use it for my personal life as well! I also find the option to create forms and templates sensational, we use these two functions all the time in our work and I am sure that the use of templates for example has greatly reduced the time spent on some tasks. Oh, and I must say that the celebration animations when completing a task are absolutely perfect. This kind of thoughtfulness and creative thinking makes the platform so great. And also would like to comment that I love the name, Asana because it reminds me of the Asanas in Yoga.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to customize more what I see and my views. To rearrange the size of some parts, only that, more autonomy on the design tools. But also, I use the free version, this could be a reason. Zendesk already does something like this, allowing you to edit the size of the text boxes and what you want to see or not see, and I think it would be a good implementation. That's really the only thing that I think could be improved, otherwise, I can't think of anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my tasks are assigned and completed in Asana. I remember in other companies that used email, it was much more difficult to maintain communication about the task. The benefit beyond this clearer communication is that it allows me to define how long each task will take and lessens anxiety and accumulation. Which, in a home office for two years now, is very valuable. We also use it to organize operational tasks and to keep notes of meetings. Our customers' requests also come to us through Asana forms, so I'm in touch with the platform all the time and feel it meets everything I need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Watch the tutorial videos and take some time to really explore everything that this amazing tool that you have in your hands. Compared to other project management tools, and I already used almost all of them, it's clear how Asana is superior.You will experience a new way of communicating with your managers and co-workers. Asana also gives you a clear overview of the projects you are working on and the time you have for them.
Asana has made Marketing Projects Flow much simpler and easy to track!
What do you like best about the product?
We can create various projects, assign workflows, create a timeline/ board and track them all in one place! The best thing about Asana is that it has mititgated email back and forth and provided a safe space/ folder where we can find everything task related.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are things that can be improved in creating forms (with more options) and workflow rules withmore options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing marketing project workflows in Asana, and we are delighted to see all project's statuses in one place. We know who to reach out to and track the timeline and priority for all our projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Laying out a foundation of what your requirements are and then creating a simple and easy-to-follow workflow for the team's adoptions is critical. Once the team recognize's it, use it, utilize their feedback and create more exhaustive workflows that work for the team.
Couldn't Work Without Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is so easy to use, but robust at the same time. I love how easy it is to share tasks, projects etc. I also appreciate the ability to tailor features and workflows to my organization's specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish some of the Goals modules and Portfolios features were a bit more intuitive and better linked with tasks/projects. It can be a bit cumbersome to manage all of those.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the central hub for our organization and is our main tool for collaborating. Asana helps us keep visibility on tasks and keep those tasks on track. It's really been an enormous benefit to us in terms of our collaboration and efficiency. Love the ability to tag things to multi projects as many projects etc for a small business are not exclusive to one team or person.

Don't waste your time looking for a simple tool to manage your projects. Asana is the way.
I love Asana BIG TIME
What do you like best about the product?
I love the monthly review of all my tasks, Asana makes it so easy to see what I have to do this week, next week and this month. Adding new tasks is so easy and makes it so simple to add ALL my tasks in Asana with a single click.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot purchase one seat, which makes it very expensive and not very friendly for freelancers. Maybe that is not the target audience Asana is geared towards, but it sometimes saddens me that I have to be an agency with revenue to be able to get all the cool features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with tasks that 'slip through the cracks'. Being a digital creative myself, I tend to have many projects with many clients and I need a way to track my tasks with each of these without forgetting anything. Asana is the best way!

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really user friendly and the features streamline my workflow.

Nothing. I really feel like the improvements made over the past few updates have addressed any concerns I had in the past.
