Best collaboration and management software for task engagement and enhanced creativity/production
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has very much great design and multi-usage option and it reminds of tasks in a very unique way of sending notifications. It is well connected with the team and tasks. Also, it is the best in the market with its outstanding features and is a step ahead of its competitors. It is much amazing as it provides timely notifications about deadlines and integrates with other tools as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it makes confuse in between the navigation and priority of the notification when you have a lot of projects going in at the same time. There must be something to make it more clear and appealing to make a specific path to navigate through all the tasks, projects and notitfications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main help I am getting from Asana is to be less interactive with the team and monitor their activities, work updates directly into the dashboard. Also, I can manage the tasks and their reports with specific team member details consisting of every edit made, the stages of the development in the project. Overall, it has made my many problems resolved and life easier.
Asana Improves Efficiency and Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is the ability to get a quick summary of a project in progress in an easy-to-read way.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is the challenge of collaborating with outside teams on the platform. If there was no additional cost, I would use it to project manage the entire workback schedule on every project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped me stay organized and break down larger pieces of a project into smaller, more manageable tasks. It's also been a terrific way to avoid email when corresponding with contractors and communicate with them directly on the platform about a specific task.
Easy way to organize tickets
What do you like best about the product?
IT's easy to assign and add a ticket, track that ticket, and make sure all steps are completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I've been able to find as of yet, otherwise I'd submit a ticket :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking projects from start to finish, able to tell who, if someone, dropped the ball and where and how we can improve efficiency.
Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is simply awesome in every way. I was able to get an understanding of the tool in a very short period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Add more features to the UI to compete in the industry? Asana is still a great tool, but to sustain the market I guess they would still need to look at other tools and update few features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to keep track of all our projects in Asana. Each department will be given access to Asana's project link and that is where we see our progress and sometimes communicate other teams about our requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use for task creating and assigning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to star/bookmark the task which I need to see in future.

Task management for teams and creating reminders as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of planning, organizing and managing daily tasks. It's easy to track project progress with Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I found Smart Spreadsheets difficult to understand. After I started using it I had no problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana was a good way to gradually implement formal project management and create more and better jobs for a small business.
Asana is a great platfrom, but I switched to Trello and love it.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana was nice because it allowed you to view in lists and also Kanban style. However, I needed a platform that catered to my personal and business needs and offered a more visual approach and I ultimately found Trello to be a better fit for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like that I was not able to have more visual cards in Asana. I like the ability to build out my thoughts, projects, and to dos in a visual post it note form but also with headings, photos, color coding to decipher different aspects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was using Asana to manage my business projects and procedures and also my personal to-dos, brain dumps, and travel plans. I realized that Trello was a much better fit for me to execute all of this.
Asana - projects in distributed teams
What do you like best about the product?
Asana, as a whole, was very easy for a company to use and set up. The use of guidelines and tutorials simplifies implementation and setup. The program itself is a robust project management solution for businesses - mainly those working in hybrid mode or have distributed offices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only disadvantage of Asana is that the learning curve increases with the project's complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is critical for our geographically dispersed team to manage projects. We can access the platform from any location, see the timeline, and share updates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can use Asana in a variety of ways. It's convenient to communicate with customers and employers from within each project. Asana can keep you prepared and on schedule to fulfill any deadlines you may have.
Perfect Task/Project Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the finest and most well-organized programs I have seen. It helps me assign tasks to the team, handle it, set deadlines, set priorities, and many more things.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can not set the project as Private in the free plan. It has to be there due to security purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, most of the problems are solved with asana like task management, project collaboration, task tracking, and many more.
Simplest Project management software
What do you like best about the product?
1. Simple: Asana is easy to use and I didn't need to go through a lot of tutorials or courses to figure it out
2. Multi functional: I can have to-do lists, boards, docs, calendar, and a team in one place without having to ask my team to use multiple softwares.
3. Integration: I can integrate Asana with Slack and assign/create tasks directly from Slack, without having to log back into Asana.
4. Design: With the unicors and cartoon characters in Asana, it takes you out of the stressful do dod do environment and puts you in a fun, happy place.
