Yes I like this company because it's very helpful for us and for this I'm connected with this company

I didn't find anything I disliked about it for which there is no question of disliking it

I have solved many of my problems from here. The company has been working with the trust and confidence of the customer for a long time. I can believe it without tension.

The best task management system weve had
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity in project management and overview tab
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of automation with the rules in an even higher subscription package
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
when subscriptions are coming up for renewal is a big one. Before we'd let them expire which would cause our clients massive problems with their domains expiring
It's a really easy-to-use collaboration tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I can share what I'm doing with others.
Even remote-working cannot be an excuse for any work-related delays.
100% clear on what the others are doing.
It helps me a lot.

But I think that Korean explanation can be improved.
Other than that, no issue at all and 100% satisfied with Asana product.

Asana for Customer Education
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to cross-tag tasks across project boards, avoiding duplicate work. I am able to plan long-term projects and use Asana for sprint planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Goals feature in Asana could be more robust. It would also be helpful to have an Asana integration with a work visualization tool like Lucidspark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping us in our adoption of scrum, particularly with sprint planning. My team is absolutely more productive as they are able to track their work with Asana.
Asana Does What I Need
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set up projects in different views depending on my goals. I also like how easy it is to add new tasks and group them by tags, projects, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app isn't fully there yet but it does the job. I don't use it on my mobile a lot so that's not a huge factor for me. I only use 1 feature that is in the paid version, so I'm a little irritated that I have to pay almost $30/month for that one feature, but the free version is more than I would expect, so I get it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to manage work and personal life. It's my go-to to keep everything in my life organized. I forget everything so I need an easy tool to keep everything in a single place.
Asana is everything the team needs in one place
What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Asana's vast feature set and tool integrations, I can manage a project from start to finish without ever leaving Asana. I can intake requests through custom forms, chat questions to project owners, convert requests to projects or leave them as a task, show timelines in a visually easy to digest way, assign work to teammates with estimated hours, add cross-functional team members for visibility, share design work for review, send final files to the project owner, among other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish hours assigned to sub-tasks showed up in the "workload" view on portfolios. We use a custom form to gather project requests for our brand studio team and the requests auto populate in Asana as a task. When the project requests are big we convert the tasks to projects. When the project requests are small, we keep the project as a task and add subtasks for the things that need to get done to complete the project. We like to keep track of the creative team member hours (so we don't overload anyone) but the hours don't show up on their workload when the hours are assigned to subtasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows our team to get all the info we need without checking multiple platforms for details or messages. It also helps us share detailed project plans with cross functional partners and track creative team member work loads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana has just about every feature you could ever need. It's up to you to use it!
Can't imagine (work) life without Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Picking my favorite Asana feature is like asking me to pick my favorite child. Is it the ability to track the progress of a project across multiple teams? The ability to attach relevant files to their associated task? Maybe it's the (premium) power to mark one task dependent on another. There is so much to Asana that makes my everyday work life so much less chaotic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a little more customization at the premium level for controlling team structures. But I'm fairly certain that's available at a higher level of Asana, and that's understandable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana saves us from small pieces of a larger project falling through the cracks. Once our team has identified that something might be overlooked, it simply becomes an Asana task in our Project Templates so we can be confident it's not lost in the process the next time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a fully free version of Asana available to try. My company used this for several years and Asana became almost a part of our company culture. If you're considering Asana I'd recommend starting there and once you love it upgrade to unlock additional features--you won't be disappointed.
Asana = Key to Organizing Organizations!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is extremely easy to use and learn. The platform constantly adds new features and functions, keeping it competitive among other platforms in the same space.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana can sometimes move features to new places when the platform gets updated. This can be a little tricky if you're not constantly engaging with the feature announcement emails/videos/webinars, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was no task tracking system available for my organization when I joined. They tracked projects in a google spreadsheet, but there are no features for automations/workflows in place to automate the process. We also use Asana to track workloads/available hours, goalsetting, and overall office productivity.
Easy to Use Project/Task Management Application
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of Asana and the ability to have access to quite a few features, even with a free plan tier. The ability to create recurring due dates is a key feature that helps keep projects on track, and the use of templates speeds up our project creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to assign the same task to a team or multiple assignees instead of only to a specific individual. I also feel like there are some business tier features such as goals and portfolios that could be expanded to allow them to be more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving is to clarify who is supposed to be doing what and by when. It also helps give accountability to tasks as well as helping those in management to see the progress on certain tasks or projects.
