What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a virtual board that offers highlights and choices for cooperation by uniting basically everything in a common space; it is a device that offers sheets and cards where we can share connections, undertakings, notes rapidly and securely. I truly like Asana since it permits you to foster work over the long run to team up gainfully overseeing undertakings and saving time. It is fantastic with full usefulness as well as being adaptable and natural.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aversion. We can restrict admittance to any project and have the option to make stowed away groups for touchy undertakings.
Ability to disclose teams & groups and hidden projects to the whole organization can get to them.

We can tie ventures, groups, and undertakings to give groups straightforwardness on how far the task is to the end or where it is standing in progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to view projects and manage tasks in several different ways. Switching between views gives project managers a big picture perspective on where the project stands.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is not very efficient, the app is generally fine, but it can be tough to use. This software tends to work better on a full computer screen. I also did not like the number of emails I used to get from Asana with notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was super easy to automate processes, repetitive tasks, and workflows. Automating processes helps ensure things get done the right way while eliminating repetitive tasks to free up time for more important activities.

No discard. Asana helps teams organize everything from long-term goals to day-to-day tasks in one central place so team members can know their duties, priorities, and progress

Asana helps me collaborate on my projects by keeping organization and prioritization, it's an excellent tool for teamwork with immediate solutions and countless features that adapt to our needs, it's an automated virtual board with creative output and increased workflow,

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create tasks within a team and easily manage it. Easy to create reminders for particular tasks. Ease of transferring tasks among team members. No need to create different jobs each month for the same work. We can easily create different teams in the software which results in effective workload management. We can mark a task for follow up if we are awaiting response from other users or teams. The user interface of the product is quite amazing which helps to easily navigate through different teams and tasks. If we require assistance from someone else on particular job, then we can just mention their name and they can also work on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it isn't easy to view the attachments uploaded to specific tasks. Also, if we want to assign the same job to multiple users, it is currently not possible in the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workload allocation is easy using Asana. The software automatically reminds us if the task is awaiting our action, which results in time-saving. We can set priorities to tasks to prioritize tasks. We can assign specific tags along with the date of a job. We can also create custom tags in this for better workflow. We can add any individual to the task to ask for their assistance.

If you are looking for software for workload management, then Asana is perfect for you. You can easily create different teams based on your work and easily manage tasks. We can create custom tags in Asana, which helps to categorize specific functions with the same job. Easy to manage multiple projects within the team.

No bitterness. Asana is the best collaboration tool for startups to help in automating tasks which makes teams have time for daily routine tasks.

Asana lacked the quick & easy PM capabilities and tools my team needed
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of Asana is that it is still a PM tool that has capabilities for collaborative project work. I also like the fact that you can integrate different tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is not as simple and easy to use compared to other, similar PM software. The product could be better if it were easier to review your full list of tasks and projects in one view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana was purchased to help with both time and project management. The benefits are realized once we are able to reduce the amount of time we are spending on PM throughout the day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you are clear on your purpose for using Asana and that you do your due diligence in understanding how the tool works. This is not a tool that is super straightforward or easy to use. You have to spend time getting to know the product and going through trial and error to see what works and what doesn't.

What do you like best about the product?
The first thing I like is the free version gives you so much to work with, you're not FORCED to purchase the premium version to make it functional. You can insert documents, track your project pogress at a glance, and communicate with multiple team members. You can break various projects into their own sections, and keep editing and updating your progress on goals as you see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visual platform is just a little clumsy to me. Keeping in mind Slack is a companion tool most people use (I use it as well as a companion tool), I find myself scrolling in various places to keep track of things we assigned a week ago and tasks I need to either tweak or delete
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working with my virtual assistant from overseas and my intern, who is in another state. Although we zoom conference, the bulk of our communication and lessons are taking place on Asana. I save time, stay motivated (or at least slightly consistent when I'm not) and I can easily keep track of my teams work using Asana
