What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a powerful project management tool. Asana allows us to have a central place online to add client projects, marketing projects, and in-house projects and keep track of them. It helps to handle ongoing and project-based work easily. It defines every work stage, which makes it easier to analyze the areas where things are stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface which makes it hard to use for first-time users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana site navigation is simple and easy. It provides a list view feature that helps teams and groups to visualize which projects are a priority and work due dates. Asana is a great tool to enhance team collaboration as it allows group members to organize and manage projects, workflow. The management of projects is incredible, the monitoring provided is one of the best in its category, since it facilitates group work.

Asana is very easy to use, fast, reliable, and powerful. We can easily manage our client project by Asana. This platform has solved different communication problems, and delays in the projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an online software that works as a task and project organizer, organizing work so that teams know what to do. I really like this tool because, through its pleasant and easy-to-configure interface, it allows work to be carried out in record time. I like that it is secure, efficient and has features that adapt to what my team and I need, it allows us to stay organized and connected with security and clarity from start to finish, it offers perfect templates and forms for work.

Asana is a project organization and prioritization tool that offers complete advancement and teamwork features and functions, it is a software that works perfectly and is easy to configure and coordinate the work. It has worked very well for me providing excellent resources and collaboration options in real time, I have no problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is an online software that provides great features and options to manage teamwork, a tool that offers timelines, boards and portfolios that help monitor the progress of each project and get real-time details on how each one manages the work , it is a great help in my work to synchronize, create and carry out projects in the blink of an eye. It helps me increase workflow, work productively and collaboratively, and stay organized and on top of everything without losing sight of any details.

I recommend Asana to any team that needs to organize and prioritize projects from an online tool that is easy to use, secure and with wonderful results. Asana is a tool that helps with work by defining strategic objectives and visualizing work through the Kanban method with automation, excellent integration with applications that we already use, allowing its use from the mobile and desktop application with a free trial.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a lover of order in all aspects of my life, and what I love about Asana is how easy it makes this happen. Its design and how it works are simply ideal and intelligent; it is a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to replicate tasks, there isn't an easy way to do it, especially if they require subtasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective organization of my time during and after my work hours. Before, I felt like there weren't enough hours in the day to accomplish all my tasks. With the use of Asana in my daily life, I can meet all my goals.

It is easy to use and simply organizes your life.
Decent platform for project management and team communication
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is intuitive; it's easy for new team members to dive in, figure it out, and catch up with ongoing projects. I appreciate how basic or extensive each project could be - it's really up to you to break down the deadlines and other details as they best fit for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company has since switched to Samepage; I find that platform's communication between team members and organization of different projects to be more streamlined. Asana sometimes felt clunky with a lot of different people working on a lot of different projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana was great for managing all the moving parts in a marketing agency. It was the go-to place for everyone to know what work was coming up, who would be responsible for specific tasks, and when deadlines were. It drastically improved interdepartment communication, which helped communication with clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you could send multiple request and tasks to a person that were already built in. Creating one task or goal then could set up multiple reminders. The interface was easy to use. The execution was flawless and on top of everything we can stay organized but not be overwhelmed
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning the system took a minute but it was well worth it. Honestly not much to say that was bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for everything from home projects to daily tasks. My book even integrated it into our daily tasks because I spoke so highly of the software. It has revolutionized the way we do business and collaborate with orhers in different countries.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about using Asana is the neatness of its interface; I have used it a couple of times. First-year was like 2016, and our company switched from another tasking app I don't remember the name to Asana. So, my point here is that even our switch didn't make us too unfamiliar as it was easy to navigate and it is direct to the point of using it. Fast forward, I am using it again because I had a project where my client needed to pass the data from the Pipedrive to Asana. So after five years, it is still the same easy using software app that I am familiar with.
I liked that their documentation API is robust and has a lot of functionalities; I have implemented the webhook workflow in which when a Pipedrive deal is done, a template will be created and we will pass the data from the Pipedrive deals. So all the necessary info are pulled from our CRM,

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that made it hard for the integration is that the ASANA API doesn't have a clear example on how to do it, the rich text editor for a task was not formatting correctly. Though, thanks for the Asana community, I found an answer that solved my problem.
What else? When you create an API key and use it as an integration for a Zapier workflow, then when you create a project it will be automatically belongs to you. So my email got spammed for quite some time until I added an additional step in our Zapier so that the owner of the project is my team mate

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly passing of data from one CRM(Pipedrive) to another and tasking for that Pipedrive deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy to use, navigate and easy to setup Tasking app. Then Probably this is the one I could recommend. It is straight to the point, has the ability to scale for larger companies, good community support, and it is widely used by companies around the world
Good and simple tool for your tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like options for grouping my tasks. I can manage my jobs in many groups dependent on my own defined levels. Then I can see quickly which tasks are new, which need urgent atention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Colors for users without images. When we have a user without a profile image, he gets color. Noone can't change this color. It isn't enjoyable to have two teammates with very similar colors, and you always need to check nicknames.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my and my team's tasks. We can easily split the more significant project into many tasks and assign specific pice to specific people with a due date. This increases our performance.

Asana is an impressive tool that allows for tracking your project milestones. Project managers can create and manage tasks for every in-house project that are ongoing. Asana lets the users identify & track the tasks that have been assigned to them. Users can make recommendations upload documents as they go thru the task life cycle.

Integration with Microsoft exchange will help users get notified of their actions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is used in our organization to manage the project milestones. Asana is used to create and assign tasks for the users for different teams such as development, testing, UX design, etc. Asana makes it easy to track the overall progress of the project. The issue management in Asana is used to create and track the defects during the project life cycle.

Asana is definitely a recommended tool for project manage and tracking the life cycle of the development process

What do you like best about the product?
Asana offers a great place to dump all of your tasks, then create headers to nest them all under.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana could use an aesthetic facelift to feel less heavy. Makes me uninterested in doing some tasks, lol.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy brain dump area for tasks, then we can assign, categorize, and dive deeper with subtasks.

Asana is a great place to get started with task lists. It's simple to use, a list. Right off the notepad onto the screen!

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great tool to track my personal jobs and even the general jobs inside the company. You don't need to write a person regarding a specific topic' you can just write from Asana and everybody can see that. Also the situations for the job process is great so when I just look I can see all my to do's in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually there is nothing that I dislike about the Asana. But for a couple of time I needed a support and they are a bit slow for turning back. so this is not a very big problem when compared with its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are usuing asana for our company wide jobs and also for personal jobs. If a someone wants a job they can open a ticket on Asana and we can follow the job all togerther from there.
