What do you like best about the product?
It's intuitive design, easy management for any project. Especially when working with large unorganised teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit expensive, other than the timeline view rest are a bit difficult to learn. Not entirely intuitive beyond timelines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising project for a large self organised team seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can have tasks that are dependent on others. If a task needs another task to be completed, it is noted and prevents us from moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the dates and recurring features can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our entire company uses Asana for the day to day operations. Aside form organization, we use for our client projects as well.

Honestly, Asana is something that will take a learning curve. It is an adjustment, but once you have overcome the hurdles, it's totally worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana significantly simplifies collaboration by increasing the efficiency of any team that uses it. Additionally, it instills a sense of accountability in you. You can see what everyone is working on right now, and if someone is slacking, you won't have to worry about them because you'll know they're not completing their assigned tasks. One of the best features of Asana is its adaptability; it can be used for everything from personal/business organization to project management and task management. Additionally, it features an excellent mobile app, which enables you to stay on top of your work while on the go – which is highly convenient for those who are constantly checking their phone or email for work-related correspondence during their downtime.
What do you dislike about the product?
One disadvantage is that Asana lacks a note-taking feature for complex projects. This means that users' notes are not synced with the Asana tasks they are working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a versatile task management application that enables users to maximize their productivity. Asana centralizes all of your tasks, projects, and conversations in a single location. Additionally, it aided me in sharing documents and managing tasks, as well as setting deadlines for individual tasks and entire projects.

When using the app, ensure that you have a stable internet connection. Additionally, create distinct projects for distinct types of tasks to help you organize your work.
I believe in what I see, and for my part, it did a terrific job with project planning and scheduling.

Performs excellently in project planning and scheduling. Excellent software with a kanban board. Outstanding in resource management. The dashboard is excellent. Reliable for team collaboration and document management.

One of the best tool for organize your work
What do you like best about the product?
Once you start using it and make a plan for your work, you can follow up on your progress and assign your team what they are doing and will do according to plan. Also, the user interface is so flexible and really so modern. And there are many features that are ready to use. Asana also supports many integrations same like Slack, Google Drive, Zoom, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not working well on the mobile app. I think the company built Asana for full screen because, on the app, you can't see everything clearly. Optimizing for mobile is not the best. And for me, the worst thing is you can't assign tasks to more than one user. Same as many environments, price is higher than other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Asana for organizing the work and follow up on our progress.

Asana's platform can be connected on various platforms, including Desktop pc, Linux, Ios, the iPad, and the smartphone. Webchat, notes and memos, discussions and newsgroups are just a few of the features available. It also includes a user-friendly activity dashboard with planning and scheduling and enables you to keep all of your activities in one place.
Apart from the ability to establish tasks, assignments and subprojects for those projects, Asana also provides features such as a Kanban board, Gantt view, engagement reminder, schedule sync, and other similar functions.

With Asana, we can communicate better and arrange our work better, resulting in work that is more understandable and simple for everyone involved. In addition, the software does not annoy me in any manner whatsoever.

The use of Asana helps me to plan and monitor my progress, which allows me to accomplish my job more quickly and effectively. Ideal for project managers
What do you like best about the product?
A very useful application for Project Managers. Ideal for job sharing. The interface is quite simple and cute. It is very good that it can be integrated and developed with other applications. It definitely increases productivity drastically. The app is getting better with each update.The privacy and security protocol is successful. The certificates they have received in this regard are reassuring. Forums are very active.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be developed a little more for programmers. Workflow diagrams are missing. I cannot see the tasks of more than one project on the same timeline. Subscription is a bit expensive in Turkey due to the dollar rate. I want to see customized presentations. There is a Turkish character problem in Excel files. Turkish language support can be added. Sometimes the notification does not come.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is pretty balanced when it comes to mail notifications. It does not bother as much as other task management platforms. Also, if you're used to more classic UI looks, Asana is for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most important feature of a task management software is that it is easy in terms of UX. The way to ensure this is to follow the UI fashion. I think it won't spoil its classic structure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning your sprints and managing your team's tasks is possible with Asana. I used Asana to manage the task of my friends working in the same team.
