Easy to use, transparency
What do you like best about the product?
Good project management tool, integration with Everhour easy, user management very simple, intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations of the dashboards and details in the used license
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completed tasks should no longer be able to be assigned times by the team.
Asana as a project management and tracking software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes project management so easy. The interface is clear, and I like the flexibility of switching between the list, board and timeline ideas. It keeps my team on track and helps us stay organized. Overall, it is a great tool for small to medium -sized teams. Also great for managing my teams day to day work list and assign tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative aspect is that the free version seems somewhat limited, and notifications may be overwhelming at times. If we dont handle the mail notifications, then our gmail will be cluttered. There is an option inside asana to do. Best version is the advanced paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps address the main issues in project management, such as unclear responsibilities, scattered communication, and missed deadlines. By bringing tasks, timelines, and discussions together in one place, it keeps everyone on track and responsible. The connections with tools like Slack and Google Drive cut down on switching between applications. Workload views help managers balance assignments and prevent burnout.
Asana is how our team collaborates
What do you like best about the product?
Our team can track all work in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a learning curve to understanding that tasks can be located in more than one project and drilling down and through projects to find information in multiple ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small company that is growing. Asana allows our distributed team to collaborate in meaningful ways.
New to Asana but enjoying having my tasks organized
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to repeat projects without having to re-remember all of the tasks; being able to share and track my coworkers progress on shared projects
What do you dislike about the product?
there are sometimes limitations i run into when putting together a project. it's also another space to track my calendar/tasks and that can feel overwhelming
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being on the same page or able to track my coworker's work
Great Product!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana iAsana has proven to be a powerful and well-designed platform that truly supports our team's productivity and collaboration. One of the standout features is the user interface (UI)—it's clean, intuitive, and far more user-friendly than our previous platform (ClickUp). The clarity and simplicity of Asana's design were key drivers in our decision to switch.
We’ve also found the multi-homing capabilities incredibly valuable. Being able to assign a task to multiple projects without duplicating effort is a huge win for cross-functional collaboration. This has been especially helpful in keeping different teams aligned without creating silos or confusion.
In terms of use cases, Asana has been particularly effective for sales tracking and process management. Once we were assigned a knowledgeable customer success representative, the platform really started to shine. The right support made all the difference in unlocking value and helping our team get the most out of the system.

What do you dislike about the product?
While we’re overall happy with Asana, there are a few areas where the experience fell short of expectations.
First, our initial customer success representative was underwhelming. Their limited knowledge and lack of proactive guidance made the early stages of our onboarding more difficult than they needed to be. Fortunately, we were later matched with a more capable rep, but that inconsistency was frustrating during a critical phase.
Another major downside was the onboarding process itself. It's disappointing that, despite Asana’s premium pricing, in-house onboarding support is limited. We had to hire a third-party consulting firm to help with our setup and rollout—something we believe should be included or at least more accessible directly through Asana. For a platform at this price point, that kind of support should be built-in, not outsourced.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping us solve the challenge of managing cross-functional workflows across different business units and departments. In a fast-moving environment where multiple teams need to stay aligned, Asana provides a centralized space where work can be tracked, shared, and clearly understood by everyone involved.
The ability to multi-home tasks into multiple projects means that one piece of work can live in several contexts without duplication—this has been a huge benefit in improving visibility and accountability across teams.
By giving us a clear structure for collaboration, Asana reduces miscommunication, keeps timelines on track, and ensures that no task falls through the cracks. It’s allowed us to break down silos and work more cohesively, ultimately improving both our speed and quality of execution.

Organize your brain
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is incredibly helpful for keeping on task and for keeping to deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some rules could function better to make them more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me solve the issue of staying on task until completion.
Game-changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has become an absolute game-changer for how I manage projects and tasks. I love how easy it is to set up projects, add custom fields, and keep everything organised in one place. The ability to create templates has saved me so much time, and I really appreciate how intuitive the interface feels — even for complex workflows. It’s also great for keeping my team on the same page without endless email threads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I’ve found is that automation between custom fields and task actions can feel a little restrictive. For example, I’d love if selecting a value in one custom field could automatically complete or remove related tasks, but that’s not quite possible (yet!).

Scattered to-do lists → Centralised system
Before, tasks, notes, and deadlines might have been spread across emails, sticky notes, or spreadsheets. Now everything sits in one place, so you can see the whole picture of a project at a glance.
Manual tracking → Clear visibility & accountability
With custom fields, sections, and due dates, you know exactly who’s responsible for what and when. That means fewer follow-ups and less time chasing information.
Reinventing the wheel → Reusable templates
By turning repeatable work into templates, you save setup time and maintain consistency across projects.
Risk of tasks slipping through the cracks → Reliable reminders & views
Asana’s lists, boards, and calendar give you different perspectives on the same work, helping you spot bottlenecks before they become issues.
Hard-to-share updates → Smooth team communication
Comments, attachments, and status updates keep collaboration inside the task itself, so context is never lost.
