Flexible and intutitive
What do you like best about the product?
Consolidates all aspects of daily work and allows me to stay across multiple projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i actively dislike about the platform. It would be useful to monitor time through the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating multiple projects and maintaining transparency

What do you like best about the product?
It is the most straightforward way to handle individual and group projects and tasks. It assists you in organizing work so that you are clear on what to do and when to do it. It is accessible on both web and mobile applications. It assists you in remaining focused and keeping tasks on track. It enables you to stay critical details, including due dates, etc. It helps you in prioritizing projects efficiently. It allows you to develop custom checklist sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is tough to incorporate Asana with a third party such as Zapier. It provides a to-do list, but it does not allow prioritizing projects manually. So, it is not helpful. It offers to export features that don't work well. Furthermore, its mobile app contains a minimal number of functions. When there is a lot more communication, it becomes clumsy. The search functionality needs improvement as it doesn’t recognize items unless you write word-to-word.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is an excellent application because It allows numerous group members to collaborate on a task to ensure that all information is updated. Various businesses and organizations can use Asana to coordinate tasks and enhance performance and productivity. It enables you to view progress continuously. Also, you can send reminders through email or by messages in Asana. It allows you to work in a remote workplace anywhere in different time zones. It has made it easier to manage both professional and personal work commitments. It assists you in prioritizing projects on day to day basis in an effective way.
Easy to use and powerful project management
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitive, comprehensive project management. Also, I love all the integrations and the ability to create and automate workflows and custom forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have guest access for reporting only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Asana across many different orgs within the company - I am primarily using it for managing Marketing projects. Asana helps us keep track of multiple phases and steps of a project, including ownership and prerequisites.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The integrations with other apps is powerful - so you may want to look at the current list of integrations as part of your evaluation.
Useful for some, not for all
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful to have a central hub for all tasks that people need to work on, primarily if you are used to having tickets open across multiple platforms. And the display is fun and easy to interact with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some employers I have worked with use Asana in the hope of it streamlining our work, but it just added another source to check. And some jobs, if the work is less quantitive and more qualitative, it is not a helpful way to track performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows employers to have a hub for all tasks that a team needs to accomplish, and it will enable people to see progress and what other people are working on. Visibility and accountability!
Asana - Fantastic Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Asana is the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a checklist-style format and collaborate easily with various team members
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to automatically move tasks into other phases/sections once completed or specific actions taken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am managing my entire workload! It is excellent, with multiple tasks on the go at once, I don't miss a thing, and I can easily comment on what I've done and even search for assignments completed ages ago.

Solid Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Its a clean management tool with an easy UI. I prefer it over other tools such as Trello

Honestly its pretty solid overall no major downsides. Would probably like templates for tasks

Completing tasks with clients in a timely manner.

It helps create an entire product pipeline for different teams and to manage the daily task of each team member. It is useful a lot for managers and team leads

No Time Tracking Features. While this is a project management tool that's focused on task management, it lacks any way to track time.

What do you like best about the product?
The best point is that it's easy to use and can collaborate with the members quickly. It can be a note in addition to project and product management tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes difficult to search for the previous tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been improved how to manage the project by using Asana.
Great task and project management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it simple to keep our team organized. We often use it to collaborate with marketing and see new whitepapers and case studies they are creating. It allows us to provide feedback and insights from conversations we've had with customers. It is efficient for viewing task histories and projects to see what everyone has contributed. I also like the groups' function, which can delegate users for different projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I haven't experienced any downsides using Asana. Its been a valuable tool for my team to collaborate more effectively. The one area that improved is the user interface. I have no issues with it, but additions could make it an even better platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are gaining efficiency and collaboration across the marketing and sales team. We've used Asana quite effectively for collaboration when creating new marketing content that the entire organization will ultimately use.

Great tool for project and task management!
Simple, easy project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive and colorful UI. Easy to add collaborators, organize projects / tasks, and work across functions, especially in comparison with more heavyweight solutions (e.g. Jira).
What do you dislike about the product?
Multiple groups at my company use Asana but it is not a centralized IT solution so we split the cost. There's no membership governance so any team member can join without permission and our account gets up charged automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of visibility across teams. Better organization, tracking, and reporting on a program level.
