Good tool to overview your tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Asana isa good collaborative tool. We can work with several colleagues on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Asana, It is very difficult to use. It is not intuitive enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, I can manage my team's tasks and overview what is left to do. I can also prioritize my tasks and see them on a timeline.
Excellent tool for client task
What do you like best about the product?
We can manage easily todos her. The client checks the todos and updates us. All the sections are very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve UI styling. The editor is small.

Client feedback, we can check anytime. Todo task list is very simple and manageable easily.

A very useful tool for your business. It's a very simple and accessible tool. Support is excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with my team is seamless and responsive, The layout of the app is very easy, I create a project and easy invite and delegate responsibility to my teammates.

would be a great feature notification could be sent to email aswell.

I can track my task here daily, if you forget your task, one can simply login into this, and you can find his task there.

Nothing to dislike in this particular software. Very good and awesome software. I like it very much.

I am tracking my daily project tasks, update the same and mark as complete, incomplete, and you can put a due date also in it
Helps me stay organized
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create multiple projects and tasks within each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like it can be confusing to try to schedule when something is due especially if it is a recurring task. I can't find where that option is in the menu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me stayed organized with my new PR job and multiple clients. I know what my tasks are and I can assign tasks to other people easily.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely consider it if you are looking for a free digital way to stay organized. It's like writing yourself notes but it memorizes them and reminds you via email to complete tasks.

Sometimes the resistance of some team members makes the platform adoption curve long.

Accomplish Deadlines every time. Workload Visibility for team members and you can even use it for your personal stuff.

Love the ability to use Asana for day-to-day PM as well as for content calendars + workflows for clients

Lack of integration with quality time tracking services

Keeping track of task progress. Asana has helped keep our team on track and meeting deadlines. Our team loves the personalized task lists.

I like how each task removes ambiguity. What needs to happen, who's gonna do it, and by when.

I wish I could have different boards have different backgrounds. There's truly not much I don't dislike.

Prioritizing! By having all my tasks in one place from multiple projects and when they are due, I am better able to see through the weeds and get things done.

To me, the best part of Asana is how customizable it is.

The platform and emails can be hard to read. I feel like there is an easier way to simplify the tabs to not be so ham packed and clustery

The Organization and communication for our team. We can all be on the same page while not having to look at our emails constantly waiting for a response
Collaboration & Project Management Task Organization
What do you like best about the product?
This product allows me to manage Projects with my entire company as well as assign tasks to specific people and then create teams so that everyone is on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The email notifications for this app could be improved but you just have to sit down and set them up properly and you're good to go.

We are able to organize projects by their status and therefore moves more efficiently through the pipeline. We are also accountable for our due dates and tasks within the projects. The benefits that we have gained from this include faster production time, better customer reviews, higher return on investments, and an overall happier team vibe.

I would suggest that everyone give this a try if they are looking for a place where your team can collaborate, communicate and organize tasks in an efficient way.
