Asana - Leagues better than the rest!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the most UX-focused task-management platform out there. It's nice to interact with, the system is agile and smart, and it's intuitive and navigable for even the newest of users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - except maybe it would be cool if it integrated with Google/Slack in bigger/better ways. Though it's possible I just haven't tapped into something that already exists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full task management across multiple operational task centers, also managing workflows to support various interdependent processes across the entire employee lifecycle. It is a great platform to manage input/action from multiple stakeholders.
Easiest Way to Track Daily Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I like that several members of a team can collaborate on a project to ensure all information is up to date. I also use Outlook integration to be able to easily create a task from an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much that I don't like about it. Maybe something that could be improved is the search functionality. Sometimes it doesn't recognize a search item unless it's written word-for-word, which can be tough to do when I don't remember exactly what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team uses it to 1) stay up to date on each other's daily workloads, 2) track both long- and short-term projects, and 3) complete annual reporting on what our team completed that year.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd advise you to create templates for projects and tasks as much as possible for recurring items. This saves a lot of time in the long run! Also, if you are working with several others, be sure to discuss how you'd like your projects to look/be tracked to ensure everything is synced well together.
Asana Keeps Us On Track

I like the collaborative features of Asana. It allows for myself and my colleagues to effectively share documents but also to track projects, assign tasks, and to keep one another accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the UI can seem very cluttered and it can be hard to follow all the various strings. Takes a little bit of time and training to get used to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Asana to hold better ourselves and colleagues accountable for our projects for a growing organization. We also use the system to better inform one another about the progress of various projects.
Great for Collaboration!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Asana gives you multiple ways to plan and share, be it in a to-do list or a visual format. Plus, the option to create various chats and tags for cohorts and employees. It makes it easier for everyone to see what everyone else is doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Asana, though I do wish there was an integrated calendar to visually see all deadlines and due dates for projects together in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep track of all the little pieces of each project and collaborate more closely. Asana gives us the ability to see where people may need an extra hand and hop in.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend, if using Asana, to also have a secondary calendar that you can cross-reference with all your projects and deadlines.

Flexible and Fast tool for Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Fast and modern design is the best part about asana as per me; it is incredibly feature-rich and help to align tasks in the team quickly basis priority, helps execute the tasks in the best way possible
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is on a bit of on the higher side, and we don't find it much valuable for tasks related to graphic designing, some expansion on the free features can be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple project view is hands down the best feature of Asana as per me, process management and team collaboration has helped the entire team to be more productive.
Asana does what it needs to do
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana provides a designated spot to ask certain questions. We use it in such a way that only certain topics or teams collaborate in this space so it is divided up
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't blame Asana but I think mainly certain teams work out of here and anyone outside those teams have to learn this platform to communicate with them. This is okay but I find Asana so confusing to navigate that the theory becomes difficult when practiced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the teams that "live" in this platform would see more benefits such as task management and organization. For me, it's still complicated but that's more an issue the way my company is using it

I would like there to be more confirmation when you send a collaboration invitation and make other notifications a bit more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are addressing the issues related to the identification and assignment of responsibilities for each collaborator, as well as the progress they have made in completing their tasks.
