Really helpful to keep your team on track
What do you like best about the product?
Super simple set up - it's basically foolproof to use. Easy to add due dates to tasks and assign them to different teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I think is missing is a personal notes feature. A lot of times during meetings I use asana to set up follow up tasks for myself or others, but there's no way to also leave notes during the meeting, so I end up going back and forth between it and other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team of about 10 people, all with various clients and tasks, can manage themselves to stay up to date on what they need to get done that month.

I like the dashboard -- it's easy to see the status of all my projects at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't think the team member assignment function was intuitive to learn at first.

Asana gives me clarity on my bottlenecks and next steps.

It might take some getting used to at first especially if you've never used such an app before
A mobile friendly Organized tool for team based task & work management in Remote environment
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps me to assign tasks to my team members and see the progress continuously. It also helps set deadlines and send reminders via email or messages in Asana. My organization is dispersed throughout the world in different time zones, and we all telecommute to finish our current project in a remote environment,
What do you dislike about the product?
The only this I dislike is that to mark a task as completed I have to go into the details and mark as done instead, if it is one-touch operation it would be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management and communication. Accessible communication within the team and very transparent. It saves time and effort. Also, I like the integrations available,, such as zoom, GDrive in Asana for easy assessment & integration. Since it is mobile friendly my team finds it helpful to work especially in a remote environment during the pandemic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend Asana for task management & project management. Also act as Reporting tool using real time data

What do you like best about the product?
I like the categorization with teams to projects. I also loved the "My tasks" feature allowing you to create your own task list separate from (or a part of) any projects. This let me create personal tasks that I didn't need to include with a project and keep track of everything seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version really locks a lot of features compared to some of the competitors in the space that give you more access on the free version. The price per seat is also higher comparatively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely solves the problem of people not knowing project statuses - really keeps everyone on the same page. I also love the project status update feature that you don't see in some other project collaboration tools.
A Very nice Project and Task management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Asana is the functionality it has to manage multiple projects from a single screen; We can easily switch between projects and assign, add or remove tasks from the projects. Also the integration it has with different apps simply makes it an amazing tool to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue that we faced while Asana was that we sometimes needed to assign a task to a group of users, not a particular team. Asana did not allow us to assign a task to multiple users. We had to create multiple tasks for the users to assign them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, we were not using any tool for managing tasks assigned to the team or an individual. It made it hard for us to keep track of tasks and time taken for a piece of work. Also, we searched for a tool that would allow us to comment on the tasks and discuss within our team regarding the task. Asana provided us all the features, and we use this for project and task management.
Productivity almost automated
What do you like best about the product?
I love how this platform is able to take the information from multiple projects and display it all at once or in different views to get a macro or micro view of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the ability to upload spreadsheets but it's a lot of work to reorganize current projects to switch to asana. It would be easier if I started asana when I first onboarded.

I love being able to see multiple tasks from different projects in one timeline.
