Great Platform for teams and individuals
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a simple to use platform that can be customizable for teams or individuals. It is very easy to set up, and can be created to fit the needs of your team. I like that you can split projects into the departments or teams where they need to live, and that you are able to share information with either everyone or just the team members who need it. I also like that tasks can be used as 'resource' sharing areas by adding documents, links, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you're looking for bells and whistles, Asana may not be the best option. The chat feature within the platform is a bit lacking, and the ability to send emails or create documents is not that of other platforms, like ClickUp. I also do not like that many of the higher features are only available within the paid version, which can be a bit cost-prohibitive to smaller teams or individuals that do not need to buy multiple seats or users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking work can be done easily in Asana. It has been a great platform to help keep me and my team on track, and make sure that things didn't slip through the cracks when working on large projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is a great task and project tracking tool, especially if your team is just getting started in this area. It's easy to use and can help streamline your teamwork.
The most robust project management system out there
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the visibility that Asana gives me as the Marketing Director on our team. I'm able to easily go in and quickly see the status of projects, team workload, and gain insight into how our operations are going.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pain point in using Asana is that everyone has a different way of using it. In our own organization, each individual team uses it differently which can make it challenging to cross-collaborate on projects. I wish there was an easier onboarding one-size-fits-all type method that we could implement across the board so that everyone is able to easily use it. It can be challenging to bring in new team members and outside contractors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps keep our product launches, promotions, and marketing efforts on track. We're able to work ahead on projects so that we don't bottleneck in Q4.
ASANA TO ORGANIZE AND PRIORITIZE PROJECTS.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a web and mobile application that works perfectly, providing excellent solutions and features, allowing us to organize, track and plan our projects, it is a software that I love because it allows me to develop my work in a productive and collaborative way, save our ideas of Visually safe and hassle-free, I like this tool because it adapts to my needs with flexible features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is an application that works perfectly, I have used this tool for a long time and it has worked in its entirety from start to finish, it is reliable and offers me security I can keep my ideas and projects prioritized and not miss any detail , its wireless connection is excellent and does not lock.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me plan, manage and keep an absolute control of my projects, collaborating with my colleagues from start to finish, working productively and allowing access to valuable information to keep track of each step of the process, it helps me simplify management work, makes my work easier and faster saves my time and loss of information, I can keep everything organized and safe with Asana. In addition to a unique experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Asana to every person and work team that needs to plan and manage their projects in a collaborative and productive way, with security and speed from start to finish, I recommend this tool because it provides wonderful features, a visually pleasant interface saves our time and work in team is fun.
Enjoyable experience and effective task management
What do you like best about the product?
The UX is great. Easy to find what you are looking for at the home screen and I enjoy the way you can move from different views. Second to this is how well it works to bring team members into a task and the follow up system embed in it (i.e the emails)
What do you dislike about the product?
Little pricey to put more team members on. I find some team members just need to be informed but we have to pay a full sub. It would be great if you can have the whole company on it but only pay for the team members who would be "active"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me to scale up the complexity of projects we do. When we were hit by COVID we had to create new isolation facitlies and having the ASANA made it much easier for me to manage allt the task that were required to devleiver the project.

Having a few champions and cases to quickly implement the product on would help alot

Asana is an advantageous virtual board that allows me to keep everything organized when ideas and tasks overflow, it is a very useful project management platform that helps immensely to keep us focused on daily tasks always providing great results, Asana offers me excellent features and functions to get the most out of my projects in record time I really like it for its visually pleasant interface, security and simplicity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is a tool that allows us to work in a more collaborative way and be more productive in our projects, it has offered me a quality service for a long time without throwing errors or annoyances, it adjusts perfectly to my needs and I have nothing to bother me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana, together with my work team, is very helpful in keeping us organized and following each step of the process, with wonderful options that we can use with complete confidence and ease, as well as in a flexible and profitable way, making the most of it. It helps me keep my projects prioritized and my ideas in order.

I recommend Asana to all work teams and people who need to organize tasks and prioritize their projects, I recommend it because it is a unique virtual board that offers the opportunity and ease of staying organized, providing a significant number of features and benefits, such as adding comments, files attachments, expiration dates and much more directly on the cards, in an intuitive flexible way and adjusting to our style for its colors and that is totally personalized, it is excellent and works for all cases.
Versatile and Robust

The flexibility of Asana is its best feature. Projects can be scaled up or down, depending on your need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's challenging to afford the upgrades as a small business.

This tool allows us to easily manage the daily tasks of our creative team, who need clear and defined outlines and goals. It is the perfect space to house all the information they need in one place.

Reporting has to improve. Delegating tasks to teams/ multiple stakeholders

Super easy to use! Plus, it's calendar keeps me very organized and on top of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
That stuff doesn't appear on the calendar unless they have a due date, so they ca get lost easily.

Great for Simple Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana was the first project management software I used, and because of that, it holds a special place in my heart. There are a lot of things to love: the simple view of your tasks, calendar view for your tasks, UNICORNS, and my favorite, the ability to "draw" dependencies in Gantt view.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is extraordinarily difficult to build out complex projects in a way that makes tracking easier. If we try to build out a multi-stage project creating clear division AND connection between the components becomes impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is great for simple, straightforward projects with a flair for fun at work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this software because its interface is intuitive, it looks excellent and makes its use easy, it is straightforward to create and edit the treasures and subtasks, it also has communication tools which allow us to stay in touch and have a complete follow-up of the project or the task, it has an excellent visualization of the task, its progress and timeline, the software allows me to add a deadline and the reminders and notifications system is really efficient, the templates it brings are easy to use and to edit and allow to organize the task in the best way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not satisfied with the support team, the responses are not as fast as I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is perfect to keep the organization to the maximum, the design of the board is ideal, I like the timeline view, it is a great tool, it really has excellent integrations with microsoft, outlook, gmail, canva and others more, the best of this software is that it is straightforward to configure and have a fully customized system, it is easy to assign tasks to team members, and I love that I can manage several projects simultaneously.
