Easy to use, more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is assigning tasks to my peers and seeing their progress. It's so easy to visualize what you have to do on a daily basis. Definitely helps you out if you have lack organizational skills like me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike, but as a suggestion, it would be nice to have more customizable options. Like changing the background or colors. All else is good to me, I recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication has improved a lot in our team since we began using Asana. Also having a visualization of the progress of tasks and projects is a game-changer. We work more efficiently.
Easy to use project management
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible ways to add tasks and manage projects. The projects are presented in a modern format and easy to access and view details. Easy to add and update content in the projects
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs that when you add more users, the prices go up for all of them. Gantt is not available and some addons do not seem to be vetted that are by 3rd party
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management of tasks and projects. User accountability to milestones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its great - subtasks are harder to see in the chart format and some of the more detailed tasks aren't presented well in the dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. Asana is user friendly and provides everything you need for a team to organize tasks, calendars and to do lists for the entire team. It integrates with your email and othe platforms and there is even a free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like that you cannot minimize the details window. You have to click out of it somewhere to get out of it. They should put an x button. Otherwise I have no other complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing tasks. Content calendar. Marketing calendar. Collaborating with team members on different projects. Keeping track of progress on projects. Notifications for due dates and tasks.

Use it... it will make your life so much easier.
Easy to manage tasks and communicate with coworkers.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to manage projects with various sizes of teams. I am able to assign work to others, and they can let me know when the task is complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the desktop version way more than the browser version. It looks a lot cleaner.

I'm able to manage projects easily. Without this, my team would have a harder time assigning tasks.
Asana: Beautiful and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
Asana offered all the classic functions of project management software. Clear organization structures. Easy labeling and assigning and a host of effective integrations. I particularly enjoyed using the Harvest integration, which added considerable efficiency to our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana had some roadblocks when it came to customizing. Programs like Wrike offer way more robust reporting functionality and the ability to create custom fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana gave us a way to keep track of milestones during campaigns. It offered us the ability to task out assignments to our employees and then track the progress of those assignments. With the Harvest integration we also tracked time budgets.

Consider what integrations you can use with Asana to help combine and streamline processes in your company.
Great for project management
What do you like best about the product?
This is great for project management or to track large projects. The ability to rope other team members in and to assign different roles is so helpful. We enjoyed this over other programs because of ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit difficult to setup when you're first getting started but one you have it layer out how you want it, it works like a dream.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using this we're solving the issue of not knowing where people are on various tasks on a project or when certain people pick up their task. This allows it to all be laid out. This helps with collaborative efforts.
Great App for Company Organization Tools
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I love the most about Asana is how user-friendly it is, and how it makes our lives easier with its tools and features for the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe they have so many options that not all of them get the best use out of it, however, most of them are necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving organizational issues and making sure all the goals and tasks are being completed.
Organizing my thoughts
What do you like best about the product?
Organizing all my work for different projects with due dates so I can prioritize everything from one place. Integration with Outlook is excellent, pulling the email and attachments into Asana means I don't have to search through my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subtasks with unique due dates don't show up under "My Tasks." Might be available with a paid subscription. It would also be nice to set "due dates" and "scheduled work dates" so I can more easily plan how to finish work before the due date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of projects working in parallel. Asana helps me stay organized, track progress for each project, and increase my overall productivity.
Even the free version is fine.
What do you like best about the product?
You can see your issues together on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. It is also very suitable for working as a team. Having reminders is also very useful. It is very enjoyable to check the works done!
What do you dislike about the product?
Turkish language support would be nice. You cannot mark the jobs you are currently working on. Sending messages through asana can be more prominent. Less options to customize dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides job tracking and integration with your colleagues. When using it alone, it helps to keep all my work organized. Job tracking with Asana motivates me to work and prevents a job from being overlooked.
Hard to Learn, But Worth It
What do you like best about the product?
I like how we can capture a lot of things in one place - company goals, team goals, individual goals plus store documents related to projects plus the project management and dependencies functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, it was not super intuitive to learn. And when I ask colleagues for help, they are either as lost as me or they are so good at using it that it's hard for them to slow down and teach a newbie like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a fully remote company, we can't stop by each other's desks and ask how something is going, so we need a place to check if tasks are done or not and what's the update on them if they're not done.
