Asana makes life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has made my life so much as I can manage my personal and professional work commitments all from a single dashboard and it helps me keep track of the upcoming tasks which are due and reminds of the due date as well. The presentation of my tasks for the day in the Asana is just brilliant and quite helpful as it helps me prioritize my tasks for the day in an efficient manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing as such that I dislike about Asana as it pretty much sorts me out and all my work whether personal or professional. Something that Asana can definitely work upon is the user interface of the website (right now is also good but can be improved upon)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The complete project and task management in my company is done through Asana, though there are other tools available in the market but for my team, its always about what they are comfortable working upon and in our case, Asana has all the points
Productivity and Project Management for the remote team
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it very easy for a user to quickly see all of their tasks assigned for the day, week, month, etc. It allows you to segment your tasks into individual projects, keeping you accountable. The boards are a valuable function if you're working with others or other teams on projects. It's a great way to keep people updated on your work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are ways to create multiple tasks or threaded tasks if someone can't complete one task without another task completed first. This is a wonderful feature, but it's not very intuitive or user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps remote teams connected. We can easily communicate what projects are needed, when deadlines are, and share resources and updates on all of our work projects and collaborations.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think Asana is a valuable tool for any business managing projects across teams. However, I think it's a necessary tool if your team is remote.

Multiple ways to view, assign and organize tasks. If you give it the time it deserves, you'll be very organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the love of all that is holy in this ephemeral world, let me see all my tasks across organizations on one screen. You could not charge too much for this feature!

It's simple; it makes us organized and allows us to onboard new staff.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to visually see the progress of projects and that each step can be assigned to different individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike. The product works perfectly for my team and the systems we navigate through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization. We are a fully remote team, by using Asna we can actually see the progress of projects, onboarding, and tasks. It keeps the team in check and gives everyone the responsibility to take ownership.

There are many steps to set up and it is a little chunky and clunky

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is really great for your entire team to be able I access the planning of an event quickly, see all the steps and one lines laid out, and also to check off their personal tasks along the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much not the like, but the how to instructions on usage could be more thorough
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is excellent for your team to have eyes on the timeline as step by step breakdown of an event at all times, from the comfort of their homes
Robust Project Management & Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The simplistic and easy to get started collaboration of this software was so helpful in getting started. One can easily unlock more complexity as you progress, making it easy to get up and running and robust for the long term.
What do you dislike about the product?
It makes you refresh and/or log back in really often. This is especially frustrating with the Windows app because it can't log in directly. You have to open the login in an internet browser and then relaunch the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration and communication is the most significant part of this software for us. It also can be used to make templates of projects that reoccur regularly and keep the history in the archived projects.
User-friendly and keeps me organized with my colleagues.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is that my colleagues and I can keep track of our workload. Being able to see what they are working on helps us all to be able to spread out the work evenly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I have found anything that I dislike yet.

It has made it easier to keep track of what everyone is working on and that no one is being overworked.

Assign tasks and due dates helps track workflow. The flexibility of building boards and sharing cards among multiple boards

Can't assign multiple people when card is shared on different boards
