Excellent task management, reliable and efficient.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is that it is straightforward software, it is easy to use, it is intuitive and easy to configure, it is great for organizing and scheduling tasks, i like it because I can add a description to each one, assign them, add subtasks, it has A calendar and it is effortless to view the status of the task, it has excellent integrations, it is also beneficial to improve communication since it has live chats and is available for mobile devices and computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, I really liked it, I had no problems at any time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a friendly interface, so everything is more intuitive, I loved that it offers you powerful tools to organize everything in the best way, I can configure the tasks personally or use one of the templates that the software brings, I like it Much integration with Outlook, Gmail, Google Drive, has an excellent view of tasks and the system is fully automated.

Asana is one of the best project management tools for professional project managers and it will really help to manage a whole e2e project till closure.Its a really easy and user friennfly toodl even for begineers.

Nothing about dislike if you know how to manage your project it will help you a lot to manage you project
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It will help us to Assign and manage specific tasks to concern stakeholders only. They will notify in tool/app and also on mail about whats tasks he must complete and including the timeline to finish on time. It will help follow up with a large number of stakeholders.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about asana is the versatile ways to organize anything. You have anywhere from Calendar view to lists or even bulletin board. On top of that, there are ways to share projects with your peers/coworkers and tasks you can assign to yourself as reminders. Ditch the post-it notes and alarms on your phones and do it all on one software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to say all the editing and project managing options on asana can get a bit overwhelming at times. It almost makes more steps for you to get organized. Also still trying to figure out how to make a task recurring and not disappear when marked completed. Theres also too many notifications, having options to mute certain notifications would be a great update!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is so much easier to stay organized as an office, especially when there are multiple locations. Everyone stays in the loop, and it makes it hard for things to slip through the cracks when there's access it everything for everyone
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely recommend other organizations with multiple locations to look into implementing asana in their workspace. Even if it's not a multiple location industry, asana is very helpful with organization and helps keep everything in one place where you can keep track of things and communicate with coworkers.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana's UX and design is super easy to learn and use - it's especially helpful for me when working with others who are either new to PM tools or not very tech saavy. I love that it can be shared both internally and externally so that when working with clients or contractors, they are able to utilize it as well without having to pay or get their own account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is slightly higher than some of the other PM tools, but it's definitely worth the cost!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us to track work, internally and externally - from tasks to workflows to even some types of projects.

It's a super flexible and easy tool to utilize if you're looking for a great PM tool!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Asana is that there's so much you can do with it. You can use it for small projects and giant projects where you have a lot of people collaborating. You can customize your different projects and do advanced things (if you need that). I personally like to keep things simple, but it's good to know that Asana has a lot of advanced settings as well. It's also easy to manage multiple projects at the same time, all under one roof. This way, you just have one place to go to if you want to stay up to date and get some work done.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, I got a little overwhelmed as this appeared to be a more advanced tool than the simple ones I've used in the past. However, after playing around with it and watching some videos about Asana, I learned how to set up Asana. It has a lot of built-in features that help you to be more productive both individually and as a team. So once you beat a slight learning curve, a whole new world of productivity opens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helped me stay organized when working on projects. It's a good tool for collaboration and communication. I recommend this if you work on projects with multiple people. It will make everything more organized. In the end, everyone involved benefits from this, and together you make progress faster.

This is a complete tool for project collaboration and work management. It's very popular, and after using it for two projects, I can see why. Asana goes beyond the simple features that most tools offer and allows you a lot of flexibility. Definitely worth your time to learn how to use this.

Asana is an excellent project manager, in which you can start jobs, projects, tasks and subtasks, it allows you to organize all your work, and that your entire team is aware of all the changes that are made, this allows you to have a better organization, development, fluidity and productivity in your projects, since you forget about tedious work and start generating great ideas. With Asana you can define the objectives of your company, it allows you to be able to gather all your work in a shared space, with Asana you can plan and develop the content of your campaign, it allows you to create your projects in the form of a list, schedule and boards.

Asana is one of the best managers since it allows you to automate routine work, this makes it a very powerful tool, without a doubt it is software that helps you keep your work organized and connected. It really has an excellent project view and this suits your style, due to the many features and functionalities there is nothing I can dislike about Asana.

Without a doubt, Asana has been one of the best tools I have used, to manage my projects, maintain better productivity and fluidity, it is an excellent project manager, which has more than 100 integrations available and allows you to communicate, collaborate and coordinate all your work, from a single place, with this tool you can take the progress of all your projects, in a correct way since it allows you to access graphs in real time and helps you detect potential problems, to always keep work day to day.

If you are looking for a better organization, with your work team, your potential clients and keep all your projects in a correct line with the best fluidity and productivity, Asana is the ideal one to be able to correctly lead your company.
For now i doubt you can't regret it's productivess with task assignment and resource allocation
