Another step closer to organized digital teams
What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy to set up and use with a lot of flexibility to structure the way we operated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of structure means hits and misses. Templates and common team structures and planning tools like Mural or Myro could be helpfuk
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Omnichannel Project Management and Teaming. Well it's no slack but it was close to the next best thing for monitoring progress. The ability to transfer progress to charts / presentations would have been amazing too.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of my favorite task management software because it is very easy to use. I am sure every user can handle it. It allows me to create folders and collaborate with team members
What do you dislike about the product?
When using asana on the computer as well as on the phone, I did not notice any drawbacks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When working in the office / as well as remotely I need to access the project with a few clicks asana makes it very easy for me to monitor the project and view comments

Best Free Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana, apart from being extremely user-friendly, offers the best, free, out-of-box project management solution. Asana's free solution has everything you need to stand up multiple projects and teams across your internal organization as well as out of your organization. And, recently, Asana released a native desktop app, making team collaboration more effective and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has minimal customization options for setting up your projects. For example, you cannot customize your project dashboard to reflect the client's logos, colors, etc. Instead, you are left to choose between a handful of miscellaneous widgets that do not reflect the project; when dealing with multiple projects, this can get very confusing. In addition, building timelines can get very complicated, especially when there are multiple subtasks within a task/project; you cannot timeline your subtasks which in turn challenges you to set up the project correctly from the beginning. Further, since our company is so engrained in using Slack as our primary tool for internal communication, we often go off Asana to chat about relevant tasks, projects, etc.; I wish Asana's project manager has a native chat feature similar to Slack. Lastly, Asana lacks native time tracking, which is a huge negative to this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My company uses Asana for multiple capacities. First, to self-manage your workflow. Second, measure the weight of workload on each employee across the organization. Thirdly, manage various projects and tasks across multiple teams both in and outside of your organization. And lastly, we often choose to use Asana to co-collaborate with our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana provides tools to manage our different projects with comprehensive analytics details. Every team leader wishes to have a tool that can help him have a keen eye over the details of the project execution. Asana provides tools that design the whole project in many components and ensures proper accountability.
It provides daily reports about your work and helps to gauge your progress. Daily reports with timeline give a heads up for working. Apart from daily monitoring of work, it helps to coordinate with different members and set their accountability.
Asana provides excellent user friendly facility to manage every task. The best thing about asana is that it provides one stop solution for project management needs.

Asana can improve a little better in terms of providing more analytical tools. There is scope for better aesthetics also.

Asana is helping me on the following fronts :
1.To ensure the daily working through proper check and balances
2.Allotment of work to every team member
3. Micromanagement of the work through the depth analysis
4. It helps me to ensure proper accountability of every member
5.It outlines the contribution made by every member as responsibilities are clearly mentioned
6.The integration with other applications are also convenient.
7.Product management features allows us to manage our products in more comprehenisible way.

If you are looking for a tool that can provide you a wholesome solution to manage your team and project, then Asana provides an excellent opportunity.
Asana is easy to use and keeps my project organized

Asana makes it easy to assign tasks to team members and mark items as 'done' to stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many differences for the basic versus premium accounts, at least for a smaller organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, I can keep track of multiple projects, with several tasks in each, all on one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
You can double expose tasks on multiple boards thus linking projects together. You can also assign people tasks and due dates. It integrates nicely with Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that you could see all tasks assigned to you in the calendar view even if a due date has not been assigned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Asana as a project management tool to map out product launches and marketing campaigns and ad hoc issues that arise and need to be collaborated on.

This is a great tool to stay organized individually and with teams.
Great for Marketing Teams and Project Managers
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is simple yet robust. I say that because there are endless opportunities for custom-built projects, timelines, business plans, whatever it is Asana will likely enable you with the ability to do so. As a Marketing Project Manager, I can say that whether our Marketing team is working on a new video, a custom campaign, a blog series, webdesign updates, etc. Asana provides the necessary filters and features to effectively manage each project to the end.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still so much I have to learn, I mean, I did say it was robust. I would love access to more visual how-to guides or customer support articles to truly master Asana. Although, to my own fault, I have yet to truly take the time and effort to research the platforms' full capabilities. With that being said, it goes to show that even with moderate knowledge and experience in the Asana platform I am able to project manage pretty effectively. Another negative is that subtasks should have more filters and features, dependencies and things like that are great, but specific priority tags, percent complete, filters like they have for projects would be great to have for subtasks as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps everyone on our team aligned, and helps me, as a PM organize what projects are going on within our creative, demand gen and video departments.
I would not be nearly as effective at my job without Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I love using it for day-to-day task management. The tags are a lifesaver.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more geared to be a project-management tool rather than a task-management tool. This means a lot of the new releases/features are helpful for project management only. The Gmail integration doesn't work as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nothing falls through the cracks. The Slack integration is key for making sure all the small asks I get from colleagues are tracked and logged so nothing is missed. Customer requests as well.

You get out of it what you put in. Keep yourself honest with logging new tasks, updating due dates, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the design of the application, it is easy to hook up and handle, it really is a very practical application, it is very simple to create and assign a task, I like that it has calendar integration, plus it also has notifications, I like it because it is ideal for collaborative team work and also because it is an application that can be molded to our liking, it is easy to track the status and time of the project and the tasks, it is very easy to add a description of the project, the monitoring is excellent, I can be aware of everything that happens while the task or the project itself is developed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about the software, it is constantly being updated and every day it has new integrations that improve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is perfect to save and manage time and work, I like it because I can be organized but also work on the go, it has updated functions such as short video messaging, it is amazing, the interface is excellent and communication improves with colleagues, partners and customers, this is a real plus.

I totally recommend this software, very useful and has excellent results.

The hierarchy it have to organise all the projects by tasks and subtasks and the calendar to relation the task with dates

At first it can be a little difficult to know all the potential of the tool
