Intuitive project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the world's most popular project and team management software that can be operated from a web browser or mobile app for Android and iOS. With this easy-to-use tool, we can easily organize the team's work, whether we are dealing with a small project or a large, strategic initiative. In our group, Asana has helped to reduce the number of emails we send and simplify internal communications. We can, in literally seconds, share our notes, send attachments, track and find individual tasks, combine related tasks, and organize them by priority
What do you dislike about the product?
- lack of possibility to delegate a task to two people at the same time
- the need to become more familiar with the application and regularly check for new tasks

Asana facilitates the way we communicate and collaborate on multiple sentences in our team.

Great task and project manager for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to have both private tasks and shared tasks with specific collaborators or teammates. I also like the projects feature, which makes it easier to organize tasks. I love that I can set preferences for how to sort my personal task list. My favorite Asana feature is that sometimes you are rewarded with a cute animation upon marking a task complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana can get messy if you and your teammates are not on the same page about projects and about which types of work warrant an individual Asana task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While teleworking, Asana has been integral to my communications team completing our work on time and being aware of project deadlines and our teammates' progress on their portions of the project. Asana makes it easy to pull up a teammate's current task list so you can easily estimate how busy they might be during a specific period.
Asana to organize your work

Asana has too many excellent functions, which serve to keep your projects organized and to have a better workflow, it has an excellent user interface that is very important to maintain the dynamics in all your projects and this makes it very intuitive . Planning and sharing files is simple, you no longer need annoying emails that delay your work, Asana is the best project manager.
Asana is very versatile and you can use it from a mobile device, to a laptop, and it connects with more than 120 countries, it is ideal for small, medium and large companies. It allows you to start your projects working for free.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add and there's also nothing I dislike about Asana as a project management app. I think that unlike Trello, Asana is much more efficient when working and carrying out your projects, not only because of its free version but also because of the quality of its interface and the excellent function of its tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need other applications and tools to organize all my projects, emails delay work a lot so it is something that I do not miss, Asana is the best project and task manager I have used and all its excellent functions contribute to create a organization, coordination and better performance for our projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I sincerely believe that Asana is much better than Trello in terms of functions, since they all help to perform better in your work, from carrying out a project to a task and subtasks it is really easy and very professional.
Great Platform for Collaborative or Multistep Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to keep tabs on tasks that are due and see where a project is at in the different stages of completion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notification options are confusing and hard to personalize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with multiple clients who have a team of individuals that have to complete certain tasks prior to my work on the project. Asana allows me to check in at any time to see the progress of projects and see when tasks are due.
A versatile and productive work space
What do you like best about the product?
The communication is very fluid thanks to its excellent chat channel, thanks to this it is easy to have a communication with the team and carry out a more synchronized work, the asana interface is easy to use and in which you can carry out a better management of tasks and multiple functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
First of all, asana is a large program, so it takes a considerable period of time to learn how to handle it perfectly and another detail is that you can not assign the same task to two team members, it is an important defect that limits the time to complete a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program has helped me to be more organized with the tasks I do every day, as well as with the tasks that are assigned to my work team, the facility to be in contact with the whole team makes the work have a better result.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This work tool can be used in both small and large companies or enterprises, providing workers with support to improve their performance.
Great teamwork space, easy to use and productive
What do you like best about the product?
I like how there are multiple chat spaces to talk to all of your team members. All channels are pretty organized and you can view both your tasks for WFH and all your communication channels all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe there is a little bit of a learning curve when it comes to first getting on the platform. I don‘t think, during my time using Asana, that I was able to fully learn ALL of the features that could have been useful to my line of work. I think there are shortcuts that I should have figured out but just couldn‘t do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working with Asana, I‘m able to review what my boss has assigned to me for the day and am able to follow the article‘s progress as it moves from In-Review to Edited to Published. This allows me to keep track of what I‘ve done and what needs to be done, still. I also am able to keep all my chats with this team in one place, which eliminates the need for extra e-mails and figuring out who is all on the e-mail list.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Since there are so many platforms out there, it can be hard to sort through which is best for your team. Although you can‘t go wrong with most, Asana is definitely a user-friendly platform for all of us working from home now. For the future, I‘m assuming most of us will be considering a hybrid WFH and go in-office. This is great for both.
Couldn't imagine my daily work without Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Asana both for teams and for my individual work and it has always been game-chaning. For someone who used to have difficulty organizing my time and agenda, Asana really makes things straight-forward in a user-friendly way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind that would make me dislike Asana. I use the free version so I don't want to complain about things that I do not have full access to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining my work, visual workflow and accomplishing more tasks
Versatile and efficient project software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a large user base, proving its ability to manage tasks. That could be due to the number of other apps it integrates seamlessly with, it will surely be a selling point for many. It also has a full list of features, from Gantt charts to kanban boards, although some of its features are in-app and some require plugins.
Features include task management, reports, push notifications, a customer portal, collaboration tools, dashboards, a mobile app, document management, and task assignment.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the main setbacks as a task management tool is the fact that tasks can only be assigned to one person. If you have a team working together to execute a task, there is no way to assign it to multiple people. There is also no time tracking feature to determine how long a team member has spent working on a task, which can make meeting schedule and budget challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This IT project management tool offered me the facility to share information in real time, allowing:
See who works in each activity at all times.
Share comments.
Create work goals.
Communications channel: stores and records conversations and files for future verification.
Adaptable and integrable with other task managers.
Simplicity and agility of use.
The option to establish security controls and appoint administrators.

Beyond the circumstances of the pandemic, which, after all, are merely temporary, the market's tilt towards the digital sphere is increasing, and it is undoubtedly here to stay. Companies that are capable of adapting their workflows and team management to these new circumstances will have a clear competitive advantage when it comes to continuing to grow during this decade in which remote work, flexible teams and a changing market seems that will be more and more part of our day to day.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
In the collaborative project management software category, Asana is hands down the most cost-effective solution. Its functional coverage is one of the most altruistic.
Absolutely terrible cancellation process
What do you like best about the product?
Good software but the same as all other.
What do you dislike about the product?
They make cancellation very difficult...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
N/A
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go with a different software provider that doesn't make it as difficult as possible to cancel. I literally told them explicitly 3 different times and they kept asking for "confirmation" that I wanted to cancel.
