Great free plan. If you want premium features, you may find better options
What do you like best about the product?
You can create projects, tasks, subtasks, track deadlines and collaborate in a very effective way. The free plan is enough for our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
12 USD/user is a lot for a small company. That said, their free plan has enough features for a small company… and since it is free, there is not much to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In a personal and company level, juggling with different projects at the same time can be a bit overwhelming, if you write down everything in Asana, you can forget about all the things you have to do, and focus on actually doing them.

I like the ease of use, organizing and assigning tasks to teammates. The view on the site is very smooth and neat. Help you manage your time and work and never miss a thing.

Great software for collaboration and organization
What do you like best about the product?
This software is great for organizing a team if you are a manager. It also allows flexibility in adapting to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the linking of tasks gets a bit complex. I would love to see more progress charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used Asana to manage tasks for a small team at an agency. It was a tool used to keep the team productive and organized. It also allowed me to see where people were overtasked.
Love Asana for everything project management
What do you like best about the product?
I love Asana automation and workflows. Also the ability to break the project down into more minute details.We use this for multiple projects with hundreds of customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing. Sometimes it is a little hard to navigate and learn workflows without guidance from the team. They also could do a better job of knowing when customers are struggling. Very big org.

We do not have any problems with asana. Just the ability to reach out to someone quickly.
Work planning and organization
What do you like best about the product?
With Asana I can organize the work for myself and my team, assigning tasks and subtasks with relative deadlines. It is very convenient to view information about each project and the assigned roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could interface better with other applications I use, such as Slack, Figma, Adobe Xd, Dropbox. In any case, it is a very valid platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being part of a team I can always have the situation under control, share files, assign tasks, view notifications when others assign me a role or tasks and the time I have available.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is certainly one of the best apps for organizing work and teams, with the possibility of having all your projects, tasks and calendar with deadlines always available. Recommended for both small agencies and larger teams.

Tasks are orgranized and easy to locate.

None. I love this app. It helps me setup my tasks accordingly.

All types of problem regarding work. It benefited me a lot as it tells what its currently due for today.

I like its ease of use, the ability to get an overview of teams and the process. It helps us to manage projects correctly in a modern way

Some of the support, training and community are a bit all over the show. Different names, different systems, and areas to look at things. It needs to be similified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proper project management and tracking. Before, we were using connect wise manage but that solution is extremely dated and does not have a modern methodology behind it; it is slow, busy, time consuming and not collaborative
Versatile and Expansive
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the integrations to other platforms, such as Google Drive, Zapier, and the automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be great to have access to more automated systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization tasks, building a better team, keeping track of tasks I planned to do but forgot about. Benefits include better memorization in terms of tasks I planned to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Great UI and ease of use. Easy for new users to acclimate.

Nothing to really dislike, I think it serves its purpose well.

I am a Project Manager for my schools Rocketry club and we use Asana to organize and manage tasks.
It's globally used and it allow us to add client in our licence

Most of the clients know about asana, so it helps a lot and save time in training.

Even we got added in project, we can't receive notifications until added as a collaborator
