What do you like best about the product?
I love the organization of tasks, and having the ability to make rules creates an opportunity to really automate a lot of reminder tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
With so many options, it can get confusing to understand the best way to use the system. I would also recommend being able to sort sections by alphabetical order to help us further organize our projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of little to-dos around a certain project and assigning them to team members (in a nonagressive way) is so helpful!

Most straightforward software out there!

  • August 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
When you login to Asana you can figure it out just by clicking around. You don’t need to spend money on consultants or browse YouTube for hours to figure it out. But in case you do want to learn more, their videos and webinars are better than anything I’ve seen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is straightforward there are some areas it could expand. Like an area for set document types (charter, scope, etc) but that is definitely not a dealbreaker for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI! They are taking the busy work out of project management to free us up to handle the complex issues and the people.

Managing several types of projects across multiple teams and platforms truly captures Asana

  • August 26, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The task and project structuring. The automation and workflow efficiency. The reporting and resource management. The AI powered capabilities are definitely a plus and the ease of integration and API's with other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is excellent for organizing and tracking tasks, but if you need time tracking, budgeting, advanced Agile, or resource planning at scale, you’ll likely need integrations or a complementary tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana provides clear task assignments, due dates, priorities, and progress tracking. At times, it’s hard to know who’s doing what by when and often tasks get lost in email or Slack, but Asana organizes this. Asana works as a central hub for tasks, comments, and attachments rather than Docs, updates, and feedback are spread across emails, drives, and chats.

Transformative Tool for Real Estate Management

  • August 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Asana allows every project to be managed in one place, and I can invite guests to collaborate, which enhances communication and keeps everyone on the same page. The ability to comment directly on projects within Asana is a feature I find invaluable for ongoing discussions and updates. Since I started using Asana for managing my client pipeline, I have a clear understanding of my daily tasks, which keeps me organized and on top of things. I always know where my leads are in the pipeline, which is crucial for my work as a real estate agent. Furthermore, the option to set reminders for one-off tasks offers flexibility in managing my workload, preventing any important tasks from slipping through the cracks. As a busy professional, Asana has helped me scale my business efficiently, ensuring every person I work with moves through a consistent and comprehensive process from start to finish. What I appreciate most about Asana is its ability to shift my reliance from a mental to-do list to a digital system, helping clear my mind as I unload all tasks into its interface, reducing stress and improving focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating tasks and subtasks in Asana can be tedious and lacks user-friendliness. Integration with Zapier is also costly and cumbersome. Additionally, the integration with CRMs is limited, which is crucial for my workflow as a real estate agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Asana centralizes all my projects, allowing for guest collaboration and direct comments, helping me manage my client pipeline and daily tasks effectively, thus scaling my business efficiently. It also clears my mind by offloading to-do lists.
