So helpful to manage a team
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Asana can break down complex projects into manageable tasks for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to use with team members who aren't trained on the platform. If everyone uses it the same way, it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana makes it easy for me to check in on my team's progress and get a visual of everyone's workload

I manage accounts for a lot of different organizations. Asana makes it easy to keep track of tasks for each one.

I wish I could schedule social media posts from Asana.

it helps view timelines, project timelines etc with different teams

We have various reviewers and approvers for projects and Asana makes it easy to collect feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to learn, you can start from basics and then improving and it will be helping more and more everyday. It's so nice to organize work with coworkers and let you know how to improve time and satisfaction.

Everything is nice. I like everything about Asana.

To delegate and follow the tasks delegated.
It seems to work good. Wanting to figure out how to connect it with my calendar.

I wish when someone puts you as co person for the task it would populate into task.

Taking Project Management to the Next Level
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly environment. Everything is easy to access and manage. Also, it allows to integrate internal and external stakeholders into projects. It's easy, convenient and a powerful tool for solo or collaborative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Gantt Chart feature could be improved. It's too "light".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of processes it's easier now with Asana. I have everything in my work structure. On top of that, it's allowing me to communicate with team mates in a very efficient way.

What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively easy to use and works well for coworker communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slightly difficult to navigate. Task organization in the My Tasks section could be improved upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every morning our team comes together to discuss assigned tasks for the day. Seeing everyone's workload and estimated work time helps us discuss if we need help or not.
Great asset but may complicate existing processes
What do you like best about the product?
Works well for new processes. Fully customizable to suit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI needs some work. It's hard to even click into tasks since there is so much going on. Simple tasks become convoluted and difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana provides more visibility to all of our employees. While email still works well, Asana helps with open collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to set my own rules and watch them in action. Asana AI is super helpful in making my workflow support all my various HR tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to set rules for completed tasks to go into your own completed folder that you create.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me manage all my business projects including easily tracking onboarding, offboarding and recruitment.
