Nice and easy interface for task management but poor on metrics
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is really clear and intuitive, it is also beautiful. It is nice to use, you can split the tasks in projects and get updated of what is going on in each product in a simple way, you also have a schedule view where you can see how the project is evolving during time.
People used to like it, very fast learning curve to start using, create tasks and organise everything if you could build a team culture that has the habit of updating and documenting what is going on.
For teams that are not so focused on productivity metrics and agile methodologies (like Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, etc.) could be a great solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
If you compare to a more robust tool like JIRA you will miss a lot of productivity and agile metrics like velocity reports, burndown charts and etc. So if you would like to be more predictive about how much work your team can deliver in certain amount of time is not easy to get this information from using Asana. Also if you are working with software development it lacks integration with tools like Github to keep everything synced and easy to find out. If you are using a free version and your company is growing fast be aware that if you reach the limit of the free version the cost for keep using it could be much more than you expected and not fit your budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using to keep in the same tool all the company projects from almost all departments, so every manager and team could keep updated about what is going on in each product. It was really easy for everyone to adopt and the user experience is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be aware with the price tiers if you are starting to use the free version, maybe sometimes the pricing could scare you in the future. If you are planning to be predictive on how much work your team could deliver or focused on the productivity metrics could not be the best product for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Interface is very clean and navigation is really intuitive. I really like the use of sharing forms as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto rules were very confusing and I wish there were some custom settings we can manage. For example, I would love it if there was an auto rule that will duplicate subtasks everytime a new card is created rather than having to manually add them to each new card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just started using Asana for one of our teams in need of project management. I really like being able to get notifications for updates and task progress. As a project manager, having this visibility is a powerful tool.
Love the ease of use to organise your teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface makes it easy for new users to quickly start using Asana. Creating your own preferred board but keeping all the data in sync with company level fields allows your team to work on the same details for all projects while having your own overview.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding several date field, Asana only allows for one Due Date field. For events, this can mistakenly be the actual event date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team alignment, working with external agencies, own task management.

The platform is super easy to use. User friendly and it is easy to figure out

I don’t love that you have to manually move cards from “in progress” to “complete”. It doesn’t work well for advanced campaigns. And once campaigns are complete, the card goes away.

Good workflow platform so you can reference back and figure out where you’re at with a campaign

At first, it looks very confusing. Maybe more instructions at the beginning would make it more user-friendly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best way to attack large responsibilities is by dividing them into classified projects, therefore, this application allows to host workspaces dedicated to a specific project, within which it is possible to create tasks and subtasks separated by order of priority or execution, designating with clarity to those responsible for the work in each phase. If you are going to use Asana, it connects easily with other applications popularly used by remote work teams or freelancers who want to organize their online workspaces in an optimal way. For example, tools like the email you possibly use, Slack, Jira, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Dropbox, GitHub, Trello, Evernote, among many others, have the option to connect with Asana and merge purposes from a common space.

There is nothing I do not like about this software, it is very complete, I have no complaints.

It is excellent because it is easy to configure, create and edit tasks and projects, it is very simple, it helps to do the work in a precise and organized way, which allows us not to waste time, it has many functions but the adaptation to the software is very fast.

I recommend this software, it is a very good support for the organization of a company.
Amazing Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is not difficult to arrangement and device itself is truly adaptable. You can arrange your required work process here in minutes. Additionally ticket design is adaptable and you can put as much information as you need. UI is overall quite current. I trust it is best UI for such instruments on the lookout. Applications are decent too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that there is no ticket number. You can't allude the ticket by something short, you either need to tell entire title or give the connection. Here such stunt won't work. Each time you need the connection.

What do you like best about the product?
I love it, it is a truly useful software, very complete for task management, project management, with very good tools to keep every aspect of the company's tasks and projects well organized, the management of schedules and calendars are excellent, I love the interface, very intuitive.

We have no dislikes in relation to this software, it has really been a pleasant experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The monitoring is real, I like that it can have an assistant that helps me maintain a total organization, this software gives you that, an impeccable reminder and notification system, the organization with the work team, the organization with a group improves a lot, the application mobile I find charming.
