One of the best tool for organize your work
What do you like best about the product?
Once you start using it and make a plan for your work, you can follow up on your progress and assign your team what they are doing and will do according to plan. Also, the user interface is so flexible and really so modern. And there are many features that are ready to use. Asana also supports many integrations same like Slack, Google Drive, Zoom, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not working well on the mobile app. I think the company built Asana for full screen because, on the app, you can't see everything clearly. Optimizing for mobile is not the best. And for me, the worst thing is you can't assign tasks to more than one user. Same as many environments, price is higher than other competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Asana for organizing the work and follow up on our progress.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana's platform can be connected on various platforms, including Desktop pc, Linux, Ios, the iPad, and the smartphone. Webchat, notes and memos, discussions and newsgroups are just a few of the features available. It also includes a user-friendly activity dashboard with planning and scheduling and enables you to keep all of your activities in one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
With Asana, we can communicate better and arrange our work better, resulting in work that is more understandable and simple for everyone involved. In addition, the software does not annoy me in any manner whatsoever.

Ideal for project managers
What do you like best about the product?
A very useful application for Project Managers. Ideal for job sharing. The interface is quite simple and cute. It is very good that it can be integrated and developed with other applications. It definitely increases productivity drastically. The app is getting better with each update.The privacy and security protocol is successful. The certificates they have received in this regard are reassuring. Forums are very active.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be developed a little more for programmers. Workflow diagrams are missing. I cannot see the tasks of more than one project on the same timeline. Subscription is a bit expensive in Turkey due to the dollar rate. I want to see customized presentations. There is a Turkish character problem in Excel files. Turkish language support can be added. Sometimes the notification does not come.

Asana is pretty balanced when it comes to mail notifications. It does not bother as much as other task management platforms. Also, if you're used to more classic UI looks, Asana is for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most important feature of a task management software is that it is easy in terms of UX. The way to ensure this is to follow the UI fashion. I think it won't spoil its classic structure.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a good application, it worked for us to make the workflow more dynamic, the best thing is that it is straightforward to mold to its design and each tool it offers, it is convenient to organize and plan the tasks and to whom they will be assigned, it also has options To share files and documents efficiently, I really can schedule tasks, it has a mail notification system, it also has an activity log and messaging, it provides a very complete follow-up and it has integration with other software.

It takes some time to learn how to use it in the best way, at first it is a bit confusing.

What helps the most is that it is a software with a very complete free version and that version can be used all the time, it is beneficial for a company that is starting up since the organization option is really optimal, it is a beautiful software In design and visually, it is straightforward and safe to track and trace projects and those who are doing it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana in general. I think they're moving in the right direction. Most of the larger amd more popular parter platforms seem to be able to tie in to Asana as well which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are pieces and parts of Asana that benefit me but other parts, not really. I wish I could customize my experience a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with the team is great. I love that I can instantly reach out to an entire team quickly and get an instant response.

Asana is an easy to use no-frills task management software. The basic version offers more than enough features to manage tasks and teams.

At times there are issues with the mobile app not working correctly. It needs to be force closed and reopened.
