Simple yet elegant solution
What do you like best about the product?
At first, I had few difficulties while using Asana to manage my day to day tasks, because Asana at first feels more compact and the design language is not so intuitive.
So where ever I click it opened that for editing. But after a week or so I got used to the application and design language of Asana and that is what I like the most now.

What do you dislike about the product?
Action items or CTA are not much indicative. It is hard to identify common action point like how to close, edit, open in Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Asana to manage our day to day tasks, manage our entire products roadmap and plan and sprint planning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have previously not used any tool then you should always consider asana as your first preference, but if you are coming from some other background be ready for little hiccups.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an advantage. Signing up for Asana is very easy. Simply enter the email, indicate some information about the organization, and what it will be used for.
The number of possible integrations is great and new ones are constantly being added.
Among the most used are Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, Toggl, Everhour
Evernote Teams, Expiration, Reminder,Facebook, Figma, Front, GitHub, GitLab, Glip and many more. The boards are very dynamic. You can add comments on the fly to each board, assign view and edit permissions to people on your team on each one, and even share it with people outside the company.

I love this tool, it provides a straightforward and easy-to-use way of working and management, I love the appearance, it is easy to add tasks and add subtasks to tasks, I like it because I can designate them into groups and colleagues, in addition to being easy to use. Configure, I can easily see the status of each task and who is responsible for executing it, I like that I can create rules, it has many integrations, I loved the integration with Google Drive, it is a very flexible application and provides an excellent workflow, the application I like mobile because it is more practical but the desktop version is compelling.

It has some options that are not very easy to use, but it is complete.

It is very versatile and it is practical to configure the task, I like the view in the form of boards, the customization with colors, it also allows adding deadlines and reminders, it is easy to manage projects, monitor them, the integration with the calendar is powerful and the application has excellent help support.

The best thing about this software is that it has an excellent desktop version and an excellent mobile application, I like the interface because it is very intuitive, I like it because I can easily see the status of the task, who is responsible for carrying it out and the Completion time, I like that the design is simple, it is easy to assign tasks, the software is very aesthetic and organized, the monitoring of tasks and projects is total, it has an easy configuration, I liked the handy video messaging tools to avoid meetings and to save time.

The templates are a bit difficult to use, overall I have no complaints about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrations with Zoom, Google and Outlook are powerful, it makes everything more fluid, access to the platform is very friendly, it is easy to see the projects, I love the option of Kanban boards, the free plan works optimally, excellent the Calendar tools, deadlines and schedules, the rule setting option is a delight.

It is a complete and automated system, it is beneficial to manage tasks that is why I recommend it.

Asana has allowed me to collaborate with the people of my company to manage all my projects and tasks, it is really an excellent platform that has a wide capacity and flexibility to carry out all kinds of jobs and projects, with Asana you can create a follow-up to all your Tasks and projects, it is really a very flexible platform since you can use it for all types of projects and to keep track of each task, set a start and end date to each project, which is excellent to maintain performance and productivity in your job.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing that I dislike about roast because it is completely different from Trello, Asana can be used in your own way, whereas Trello does not have the capacity and functionality that Asana has. It is an easy-to-use mind and has extensive content to carry out your projects either in the form of a list, board or schedule.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has excellent functions that allow you to do a job properly, it has an excellent Asana guide that will help you throughout the process of your projects, it allows you to record a video message and add changes to your tasks, and it allows you to integrate smart calendar.

I recommend it because it is an excellent platform to collaborate with your work team on projects and tasks, it is easy to use and increases productivity in your work team.
