What do you like best about the product?
Asana is some a great application to have, particularly in case your staff is completely distant. I love Asana since you are able to manage various projects and tasks in different teams and departments. It monitor who's liable for each activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
One point I don't like concerning Asana is I find that it's not ideal for smaller teams or perhaps particular projects. Due to its way too many options and characteristics, it can be too overwhelming for an incredibly simple project that doesn't have every one of these features.

It is allowing us to coordinate work teams in an efficient way, besides the fact that the team members feel motivated and somehow increases a healthy competition for the consecutive achievement of work objectives, we have seen progress in the goals set and I feel that we have improved the objective communication as a team because we can make comments focused on the project and allows us to share information at any time. No more excuses for task deadlines as it has a calendar function that clearly states the deadlines, which has increased a great circle of productivity.
