Fast, Versatile Project Management Across Multiple Groups
What do you like best about the product?
The versatility of having numerous projects, the fast interface and the opportunity to manage projects with several groups.

Not been able to save the filters applied to the tasks.

My Experience with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is clean and easy to navigate. Tasks are simple to create, assign, and track. It keeps everything in one place, so nothing gets lost. It helps me stay on top of deadlines with reminders and due dates. Projects feel more structured because tasks can be broken down into steps. I can immediately see what needs attention each day. Comments and attachments stay linked to the task, avoiding confusion. Calendar views make planning workload much easier for some tasks. Helps me feel more organised and less stressed, I can prioritise and manage my time well. Tasks are tracked, scheduled and I can make them recurring. Creating a Profject as a Template and Duplicating has saved me and my team so much time and energy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s not always clear who is responsible when multiple people work on one task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to keep track of tasks and important dates, and it’s been especially helpful for onboarding new starters, organising events, and managing changes to staff contracts. It also works really well for our fortnightly and monthly team meetings — we can easily add, remove, and resolve agenda items all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used other task management platforms before and the general functionality Asana provides is very closely aligned with the functionality present in the industry. A way that Asana stands out is that tasks can be cross-posted to multiple boards, allowing teams or individuals to manage their task list views in a more comprehensive way that aligns with their workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI integrations perform poorly. Adding boards from outside sources appears to be restricted to AI (or at least is presented so that seems like the only option) and would be better if individual columns could be mapped by individuals. Nearly 50% of imported material is not migrated over in most cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is allowing our team to better organize and standardize major projects, while also keeping us on track for day to day deliverables. Moving to this platform was the fresh start we needed from our previous platform, since its interface is not quite as daunting as some found our previous platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Work load management, cross-team functional project management, goal tracking and key result tracking. Very easy to use, and makes it convenient for daily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cross-function team working can be sometime a bit tricky with assigning other team members and then it now showing up on their side

Making sure project time need and resources are aligned, splitting tasks between colleagues, tracking progress of projects and takss throughout the quarter

Asana is the kind of platform that you use to simplify daily tasks, produce a positive work rates, and allows for professional business collaboration between colleagues on the same team or representative from different departments and clients, offering you for productive task tracking tool that is important for a successful project launch. Moreover, Asana is famous in solving time issues in managing repetitive daily tasks, using task status tracker has facilitate for transparent task processing and straightforward integration with DocuSign for faster task and project approval which is important for professional project management.

Nothing is worthy to complaint here, most of the issue is bugs issues that is solved in less than a day.

I am satisfied with the use of the digital features and tools that Asana offers, my experience has been positive and professional and I can recommend the use of all its digital resources.

Using Asana's digital features and tools I have been able to manage all my business initiatives and projects professionally and productively, promoting collaboration and business communication across all departments in my organization.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the flexibility in task management. Furthermore, its intelligence is extremely powerful, as it optimizes processes and facilitates the organization of each of my activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price to add just one more person is quite high, because the platform forces you to purchase license packages in bulk rather than adding a single user as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Powerful and sophisticated, Asana saves me time by using standardized templates that help speed up my processes. Best of all, it helps mitigate burnout thanks to its excellent workload visualization, which makes it easier to see what’s on my plate and plan accordingly.
Customizable and Efficient for Marketing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is committed to growing and developing the platform. It's easy to find ways to personalize the platform for the business, which encourages team adoption. The visibility, autonomous workflow management, and team management features are particularly helpful. Once the task templates are set correctly, it becomes easier to manage tasks. I also recommended Asana to be implemented as the primary platform, and I would rate it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
The structure of the tasks needs to be customized to get the templates right. There was a lot of training but not enough overview to setting up the structure, which to me is the most important part. You don't want people adding random tasks, as it gets too messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me with visibility, autonomous workflow management, and team management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me to stay organized with my manual tasks that cannot be automated or that I am working on automating. It's like the ultimate project checklist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing, but sometimes the display can be a bit overawhelming because it's so detailed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the problem of manual processes, more narrowly especially that surrounding onboarding and off boarding employees along with payroll.
