What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. I enjoy not having more than what is necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some carrier information doesn't always transfer properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time by having all of the client information in one place.

Great software for managing tasks

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having the tasks laid out in an aesthetically pleasing manner, where you can see the flowcharts and organizational connections that come with the implementation of the tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions can seem complicated at first, such as sub-tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping me set out a clear vision of the tasks that I have to accomplish.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can see where projects are at without asking while working asynchronously. It has been helpful for productivity management of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to merge tasks and to assign more than one person per task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us keep track of the multiple projects moving forward at the same time. It's helping me manage my teams projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Trello and Airtable before, so this is my first experience with Asana. It keeps you super organized. I'm super "old school" and write out my TO DO lists. But, not I just use Asan.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things require too many steps to accomplish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
communication / collaboration / keeping me up to date on my TO DO lists

The organization set up in asana is my favorite part. I like how you can break things into sub tasks. It is very user friendly and great for team visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used other task management platforms and Asana is easily the best. It’s so user friendly and easy to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
When you delete something by accident but don’t realize it until a minute or so later it can be hard to recover it

What do you like best about the product?
Asana keeps me organized and on track with repeatable workflows for client bookkeeping, monthly reconciliations, and onboarding. I love that I can build task templates with sections, subtasks, and due dates—making my processes consistent and easy to maintain. It helps me stay on top of deadlines and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. As a solo bookkeeper, it’s like having an assistant I don’t have to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve was a little steep at first, especially when trying to set up recurring tasks the way I needed them. I also wish there were more automation features available on the free plan. That said, once everything was set up, it’s been a smooth and essential part of my business operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me manage recurring client tasks, keep track of financial deadlines, and maintain consistency across all of my bookkeeping workflows. It reduces the mental load of remembering what needs to be done for each client each month, and allows me to onboard and offboard clients without anything falling through the cracks. It’s a huge time-saver and keeps my back office running smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to collaborate with associates on a project and ensure deadlines are met. It is very user friendly and offers an array of options for integrating with other systems to allow for proper work flow. This platform is used by my team every day and makes the day's work load easy to capture.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit on the number of fields visible in a task being 60. My particular industry use could use many more fields. Also, the limit on reporting charts/graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of managing projects from start to finish and hitting deadlines. Working directly with collaborators from across the nation in an efficient manner.

Multi-Use Organizational Software Application

What do you like best about the product?
When I first came across Asana, I was able to setup a simple task management board in a few minutes with minimal training. Asana can be tailored for a simple tasks and can be utilized for Capital projects.
I have also had to provide very minimal amount of training to new users. I also like that Asana has a multitude of free training courses via Asana University (online).
What do you dislike about the product?
You will get a lot of email notifications through Asana but that is part of the reason you have a suite like this is to remind you when something is coming due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping keep me on track with my engineering requests and projects. Asana is also going to be utilized to keep our inquiries organized and taken care of in a timely manner.
