What do you like best about the product?
Asana is absolutely the best in managing tasks and projects online, and i like how we implement task tracking marvelously

Asana gives me all the services i need and i never lose track of what needs to be done

I have cut down on amount of emails or messsages needed to discuss details of a task or project

What do you like best about the product?
I love this software because it monitors the commercial activities of my company in an effective and dynamic way, accurately and in detail. It's amazing that I have the ability to produce, manage and share all information and specifications for my tasks with my sales team, customers and distributors. I am able to monitor and supervise activities, current company activities and requests from one place so that sales staff and distributors can see their tasks and responsibility for each process in one place before it begins.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, something that I would not love comes to mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like the activities and procedures related to dice and bones between product sales, customers and dealers, this is the perfect tool to facilitate and guide the process of product sales in your company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this particular program is really helpful and of great value to the business and working group because it provides the quality and conditions of the programs needed by the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the main reasons I enjoy using Asana is that it is modified regularly to add new features at no additional expense. With our team, I could set targets and split them into small tasks that are allocated among team members in the software, and I could easily track the progress on each task based on timetables. I could manage workflows and view portfolios on a single dashboard with several taps, which makes it quite user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
In particular, there's one thing I've considered to be uncomfortable with Asana. At points, their customer support has become incredibly difficult to access. They have staff with phone numbers, but you're not going to be able to contact them anywhere. They do have a chat feature but don't always keep track of it in a reasonable timeframe, which can be annoying if you're working on a timeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, it was great. I have nothing more to say about asana except for good things. Asana is a remote work platform that lets teams coordinate their tasks, from day-to-day activities to project activities. With Asana, you can link all your work to one location and get the groups along, wherever. From charts and forums, and schedules and Gantt maps, it helps you find your way to work.

What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other project management/collaboration tools, Asana is by far the easiest to work with and customize to our needs. The Project Board and Timeline views make it easy for us to organize marketing campaigns, product releases, events, and other projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Asana. It would be nice to have a feature where if you move one task, it would move all other tasks that are dependent on that one (or at least give you the option to).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team previously used Basecamp, which wasn't nearly as flexible, and sent far too many email notifications. Once tasks were completed, they were near-impossible to dig up. Asana solved many of the challenges we ran into with Basecamp. Now we're able to deliver projects much faster with clear accountability,

What do you like best about the product?
The software is flexible, simple but cannot say super easy to use. Asana is web-based, it is accessible from any mobile devices too, that the best part that I like. Instant notifcations with a clear messages are great to follow up.
It also keeps track of daily and monthly tasks that have been assigned to me. It allows the teammate to mark tasks completed, adjust due dates, upload files and communicate with each other. It serves as a task manager which is great.• The calendar is great, ordered by the delivery dates of the different tasks.
Best part that I like is you can read all the latest note in one email, no need to visit the board and find the relevant ticket, and you can reply the task with one CTA. Also if there is a document attached in the ticket you can reach that document again without reaching the dashboard. This is really good to follow tasks and help you to manage your time. Also that feature allows me to search from my email inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I get lost in the dashboards, we're following more than 10 projects and sometimes I got lost in projects, when I click on the notification item which is under the inbox, I really cannot understand which project that notification belongs too.
It would be great if they provide more how-to-use docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management with different teams. It helps us to manage and communicate with each other. You can add documents, links etc in each card and it is really easy to use.

Good for project management, you can use it with different teams & companies. You can also implement it with project management with clients

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a very excellent platform, because it has provided me with an excellent service, I have always liked its interface because it made it very easy for me to use it for the first time, I like being able to create tasks and invite my colleagues to join us to do it together, I also like I can keep track of my assigned tasks, it also has a reminder to complete them, I can say that Asana adapts to any industry since it has good notification and automation options with very useful basic functions for the development of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I have not had problems using Asana, on the contrary, I consider it as the most complete tool of this type, in the market, feeling very satisfied with its service I have no criticisms or complaints at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana I have had many benefits, I have tried different types of tools and none have given me all the functionalities that Asana has, such as the ability to improve my projects with good designs, see my progress in real time, very easily invite my colleagues to the projects, knowing the deadline of my tasks and the most important ones being to save time and increase my production, making me feel very satisfied with Asana.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Asana for its different functions that it offers, I consider it the best tool on the market if you are looking for a platform to manage projects in an easy, fast and well-developed way, it has different versions such as android, computer and if you want to try it it also has A free option with website version if you don't want to install the software, I recommend it 100%.

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is easily understandable and training is plentiful
What do you dislike about the product?
After a project is built out, it can be confusing about what to click on to add additional details. I often times click on a check mark at the beginning of the line and that completes the task

We utilize Asana for project management and the tracking of strategic goals and priorities

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to have a many different tasks running simultaneously. This ensures that things are not missed. It is a solid work flow management tool. I think the key is for an organization to effectively implement and ensure that this does not simply add to the work flow. The dashboards can be very useful in getting a snapshot of what needs to be done for the day, week, etc. It is a product that we were able to get up and running with right away. It is pretty user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It might be more of our use case, but I think there should be a way to make tasks more or less important. Often times there are a ton of little tasks that just clog up the inbox. Additionally, I wish this was integrated with a CRM system. I think that component would make it an even more valuable product. As we grow, I think we may outgrow this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem was for our Director to know everything that is going on with our various projects. In that regard this has helped a lot, as she is able to go in and view the various things needed. Additionally, as we have grown, we are working on more and more collaborative projects. A major benefit we have realized is the ability to keep everyone "in the loop" without having to send as many e-mails back and forth.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall i like everything about Asana. But what i like most includes.
I like the intuitive interface that is easy to navigate and highly ti customize to fit the uses tastes.
While using a desktop computer you have an application that you can comfortably manage your chat.
Its easy to do log in and set ups with this tool.
Its best because it can support iOS and android phone devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana keeps my day routine organized. I thank the aggressive customer service team.
May they keep their spirit burning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me to create and assign tasks and projects to different teams. And at the same time helps me as the Project Manager to keep monitoring how each team is doing in their projects.
This tool also facilitates programming,creation and implementation of work plans in the company.
Asana promotes collaboration working among colleagues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool is recommendable to all potential customers due to;
Its easy to use.
Has a very friendly support team.
Has got a very pocket friendly price tag.

What do you like best about the product?
To begin with, it's free in case you make use of it for private purposes, though you spend on it as in case you had been working. This inspires me to work as well as do a lot more activities. I also love the chance to discuss projects with other people, even in case they're not in the section of ours. I also love the non standard job fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is absolutely nothing I do not like. Though I can provide brand new features that might be helpful. I believe it will be safer to put in a characteristic which would demonstrate the state as you get it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I choose using asana in dealing with teams instead of with programmers, since it's a far more convenient management application for non technical individuals in the business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A good project management tool. It's maximum materials for the free edition. It's not hard to use and economical.
