I like Asana, it is perfect, it is an application that cooperates in directing project tasks with skills to:
* Outline work areas with work teams for a project and its tasks.
* To define each project task
* Allows you to place notes, conversations, files and badges while working on a project.
* To be aware of what happens with each task
* To consider variations in the conditions of a project while it is running.

What do you dislike about the product?
With Asana, we have not had difficulties or inconveniences, it is useful to plan and manage project activities in work teams, details in a suitable place to specify the start, follow-up, and completion periods and give accounts to clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is assisting and benefiting my personal, team and organizational work by being useful for:
* To classify and sort the activities of a project by work area
* It allows gathering the purposes of a project, and its specifications.
* With the option of distributing the readjustments of the conditions of activity with the rest of those involved.
* Allows the progress and advancement of mutual aid between team members.

The administration of tasks with all professionalism
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is being used to assign tasks across the company. We have remote employees in several branches spread across different cities. As a result of each person working across multiple time areas, interaction becomes an issue. When naming jobs using Asana, each person understands their routine for the day and when a task is completed, the next task can begin with the next individual in the sequence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ability to design projects based on layouts with a start date and also the number of days required per job. In this situation, there are other programs that are more qualified. Resources that depend on a temporal task. Unfortunately, this is not feasible with Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we used other programs, but these tools did not provide an adequate means of communication between the team member. In one, when a person in the task line changes a task's due date to a later time, which affects the entire production line, there is no chance of educating the various other influenced workers. In another, it was much more like a post-it. Useful to prepare, however, the challenge of holding individuals accountable for unfinished tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is suitable for companies with workers in different time areas. Everyone starts operating at a different time, but with the task assignment system, each person recognizes when a task is called to be completed and also when it can be started. I suppose Asana works between cross-functional groups as well.

The integrations allow you to extend the functional coverage of Asana with other specialized solutions: Synchronization of the calendar with G Suite or Office. Synchronization with messaging (Gmail or Outlook). Synchronization with Slack, Salesforce, Zapier, Google Drive and Adobe.

Cons: Incredibly versatile for task and team management.

Team planning: Asana has improved my performance, it is a complete tool that offers balance between a structuring and manageable context at the same time. It manages to centralize project plans, details, files, apps / google-drive in one place to be able to define clear deliverables and follow-up on the expected achievements.

A great project management program. Asana is so valuable and fruitful that it is suggested to use it for planning daily or specific projects / tasks. The connection between quality and price is very good. It has a friendly interface.

Genuinely, We have almost nothing bad regarding Asana because it genuinely does enable us to boost the organization's efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. This helps them, at the project final result, to access, delegate, and inform each other. Have a portal to keep track of through progress of the project.
2. Asana helps our teammates so That I could handle tasks quickly and accurately.
3. I will even update results and monitor the team having progress in actual environments since they have feedback to warn us when it is done.

Asana is an easy solution with opportunities to enhance the project schedule awareness and even the project you carry out.

asana is able to clearly break down assigned tasks between a supervisor and an employee
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana only felt like a great starting point from not using any sort of project management software. There was a lot to be desired in the day to day use of the software that ultimately led us to choosing a different platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana was a great task-oriented project management software as opposed to using nothing

Asana can work well for larger groups, but for just two people to use to track projects it was not the best option.

For any organization it is essential to keep its productivity high and to fulfill the objectives set in the time foreseen and this is something in which Asana has stood out. We have liked enormously how this tool has helped us to increase our performance in an organized way, helping us to coordinate our work and tasks in order to offer a quality service.

Asana meets our needs, however, it is a bit superficial and limited, I would like to have customization options for categorization of projects and tasks.

Asana has helped us strengthen communication and collaboration in our team and boost our work in general, in an organized manner, generating more confidence, speed and greater productivity for the fulfillment of daily tasks within each area where each one works to complete ongoing projects.

Asana has been totally useful to optimize the management of our projects, automating the processes that are carried out, and, besides being functional on multiple platforms it is intuitive and easy to use, no doubt you will like having this tool as much as we do.

Asana is a good project management tool. It's not as strong as various other competitive products, though it offers a good end product to satisfy the requirements of the client. It's interesting to use and comes with an integrated assistance system. The solution is actually easy and cheap to make use of in comparison to the competition.

I cannot determine exactly how to sync up with an e mail.

We use asana to control our client relationships. As with International Framework Agreements, every interaction generally triggers a many action points, therefore we turn every conference into a process with numerous subtasks to mark.

Asana organizes everything you need to complete your projects at once
What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana because it allows team members to better prioritize their tasks, which are displayed on a dashboard, so supervisors can assign them to specific company members and edit them in real time. As a task's due date approaches, the board assigns the task a higher priority so that you never miss a due date again.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana asks you to pay 5 by 5. That is, if you have only 7 users you must pay for 10, really silly. However, you can add guests (who do not pay) and who have the same functionality as a regular user. So in theory it could be an advantage, depending on how you look at it.
