We can manage our projects better with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
It is suitable to summarize the management work, focusing on the priorities of the team. It serves to monitor and edit project details, such as workload, balancing the workload of everyone on the team. It is mostly customizable, the interface can be adapted to each user's taste. Available for use on Android and IOS devices, as well as for use on Macs. It contains updated software such as Kanban, which has Scrum method, project planning, KPI monitoring and time tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
Extra payments need to be made in order to get extra integrations. There are functions of the program that are not so intuitive, it can be complex to search for projects because you need to write exactly what you want to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a program that would allow us to manage our projects in a better way and to finish the work faster while maintaining the quality of the project. We can recover time and focus on the priorities of the business. We can do supervision of the workers and you can see the activities in real time and that has made the team more productive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana could have a predictive analysis and expense management to make the marketing plans even more complete. Asana could also create the option to restrict the visualization of data, so that each user can have their tasks in a private or public way

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is openly teamwork. By default, each team member can edit all information and content for projects and tasks.
Asana offers relatively simple and easy-to-use apps for Android and iOS. The mobile application allows you to create and edit tasks, receive new personal messages, attach files and access your individual inbox. However, while the mobile app is useful, Asana is primarily optimized for a computer's browser.
The integration of external tools is also commendable. Many different micro-tools can be activated in Asana, including popular cloud services like Google Drive and Dropbox, development tools like GitHub, content managers like WordPress, and many more.

Of course, clear rules should be established for collaboration between members, as due to poor communication, total freedom of use can always lead to complications, such as data loss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is considered very safe, each team can work on one or more projects to organize, track and follow up on all the actions related to a particular decision.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana is streamlined, its methodical, attractive, fast and fluid design thanks to keyboard shortcuts, easy to use for beginners. Therefore, this project management software is ideal for less hierarchically managed teams working together openly.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana helped the team of ours to better communicate about tasks, show improvement, remain on task lists and control the workflow. With various aspects of work, we're in a position to manage the annual events of ours and distribute things so that every person understands what to be expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to include extra tasks, it's not easy to modify the screen and date tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this gesture you are able to very easily speak with other people, deal with the task list of yours, use and track activities and delegate duties to yourself.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would say you must at any rate try. It's really simple to use as well as works really well for us. At the moment we just have a little group of 3, but with a number of customers we've no issues with the entire control.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how seamless and user-friendly Asana is for teams. You can quickly customise your Asana view to make it perfect for your needs - either as a team or as individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the most part, nothing falls under "dislike" but I would love to see a more robust content calendar template!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, our team has improved visibility into the status of projects and we can more easily collaborate on tasks and projects across a remote workforce with members in all parts of the world. As a team, we can quickly identify whether or not a project is at risk of not reaching completion within deadline and address it on-the-fly to ensure things keep moving foward.
Great project management
What do you like best about the product?
Assignment of tasks with tracking is fantastic. The ability of notifications on updated tasks and comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a bit overwhelming, if the project or company is small it can feel like using a nuke to kill a fly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Capturing project requirements can be tough and setting firm deliverables from those requirements even tougher. Asana allows us to do this and assign smaller tasks to individuals for completion.
Robust tool for keeping projects, collaborations and tasks organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Asana is - option to view in Kanban board or lists, drag and drop tasks, subtasks, integrations, easy project updates, etc. Great templates to make a new project plan help reduce the inherent inertia for getting people to use the tool. Excellent messaging feature also - and the free version is more robust than many other tools out there.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so robust, sometimes it can be overwhelming and can be a project in and of itself to create a new project, add dependencies, due dates, etc, but I don't think that is just Asana - other programs are the same. Organizing projects into teams and marking as a favorite are the only ways to organize projects. I would love to be able to organize projects like a folder/file system - where projects can be organized underneath others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great platform for complex projects and being able to switch between views (board vs list) and export into excel makes it a great choice no matter how you like to work/manage tasks.
Stay organized and on task with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
Asana organizes all of your thoughts and tasks easily. Nothing has kept me more on task and accountable than Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was an easier way to duplicate tasks. Right now the current process is kind of tedious and I feel like it could be simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana provides an easy to use space to have all of your tasks in one spot. Inbox reminders help keep you up to date with what is going on.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana because I can observe who is working and fulfilling their obligations. The monitoring is exceptional to maintain a proper workflow. The excellent support is very important to me because if I have a question they will fix it immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has many icons to link projects together, they are very colorful but I would love the icons to be more personalized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has served to project a good management of our projects, we work as a team with this software without problems. We have not had to replace or look for multiple task management options because Asana is phenomenal, it has fulfilled our objectives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend the program because it is very practical. You will be able to observe in great detail the pace of execution of project tasks. You can monitor and feel the ability to supervise your team at every moment.
