What do you like best about the product?
I liked that would could organize different projects and communicate with your team. The to-do lists were helpful and there was a fun little unicorn graphic as an incentive to check off multiple tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the platform felt a little clunky.

Project Management and team delegation.

I love the ability to easily collaborate with fellow colleagues on specific tasks and projects.

I wish transitioning between Asana profiles for different groups I'm involved in was a bit less tedious.

I work on a number of research and bibliography tasks with others through Asana.

Familiarize yourself with the various features of Asana. There are quite a few uses and easy integration with a number of other websites.
Good software for project management

The dashboard. Users can easily navigate from one project to another and can intimate others about the update.

Filter section is not very useful. Filtration is not easy.

We are managing our company's prospect projects and monthly projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana, mainly to process and manage the activities that I perform, it is useful to: use it online, and as a mobile program, congruent to prepare projects on boards and exchange them with the rest of the participants, flexible to create tasks for each program It is valid and effective to divide the tasks into subtasks or detailed fractions and its procedures in order to complete the activity, it allows to consolidate the tasks into sections and columns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana, is valuable and with great contributions for the tasks that I execute, I am getting the best out of each of its benefits in terms of: creating projects, adding files, and completing the activities of a project within the defined period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Asana, you work safely and with the satisfaction that the expected results will be achieved with excellent utility and profit, with the power to define the times to start, develop and deliver a work plan, productive and competent to carry out the Complete strategy of the proposed purpose and intentions in a project, it is practical and useful to work the subdivisions of the tasks and discover which ones can be started and the dependent ones.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend Asana, it is scalable and with precision to apply in the following: to plan work projects and their tasks in consultation with each member, to attend and control the precise and demanding tasks of a work scheme.
Asana is the best workflow management tool I have used so far.
What do you like best about the product?
Task management. Clear delineation of overall ownership vs subtasks. Ability to visually group tasks to categories. Communication/notification mechanism and integration with Slack.

Resource management (ability to see/manage workload by individual performer) could be confusing.

My organization uses Asana for all project management needs.
It is at the top for its great quality.

I like Asana because the tasks are easy to manage, I have everything in order from the first day I install it on my computer. I can easily see which projects are more complex and which are simpler. It integrates fantastically with other software.

The price is a bit high, some period subscriptions make less sense than others.

We use Asana to visualize projects and control them from start to finish. It has a number of features that benefit us to perform work simultaneously on a full time basis.

It is made for any organization that wants to improve its style of organizing projects and daily tasks. Your team will have a better view of what they need to do. It is very like using it, it synchronizes with most common devices.
Easy to use but gets better with time
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a life-saver, and it can help your team as your collaborate throughout your workflows. I really like being able to check things off my to-do list and getting on-screen feedback and celebration.
It is truly customizable and you can build it out to meet your needs. This is both a pro and a con.

It's...too custom. I sometimes feel like I am not using it right, because there is no set way to use it. Which is fine!
I use their guides as well as Skillshare and YouTube resources to construct my Asana experience. I just wish it was a little easier on the uptake.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, intake forms for projects, better collaboration. I know what is expected of me and when it's due. I have far less desk clutter of sticky notes and tasks! Great for work from home during COVID.
Good if you are into technology and apps
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can share tasks with other easily and you can mark when a task is complete. Further, I also like that you can put reminders into your calendar from your phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you have to spend time really digging around to understand the app and how to use it correctly. It’s not always easy to figure out and they sometimes update things, and you have to figure it all out again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, I used it when designing a basic course. We used it to share tasks, reminders, and even create meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s a great app to keep you on task! Perhaps watch videos about how to use it and spend time exploring the app to make sure you are using everything you can!
Strong option for managing projects
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to tag collaborators on projects as well as particular tasks within a given project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana doesn't update Outlook calendar in real time. So the integration isn't as helpful as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the varying components of projects I'm working on. The ability to better organize my workflow was been a major benefit.
