So easy and intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
Asana does everything so smoothly. Want something moved? Chances are you can drag it. Wish you could do something? Click the 3 dots, I bet the option is in there.
What do you dislike about the product?
Naming your custom reports is great, but takes a second to figure out how to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management. It does it so much better than other dedicated solutions. Zoho for example.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Speed up workflow, and make life easier. You'll have spare time to fill out surveys online :)

What do you like best about the product?
I believe it is good that Asana is actually the ideal way for supervisors to assign activities and monitor the improvement of the staff, as well as take notes on the jobs I've to do. Asana is actually intuitive, not hard to learn as well as adapt. Feedback can make it easier to discuss specific tasks, and that is actually helpful. Sub-tasks are also a very good feature that really should be done much more often, but unfortunately it's not.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had not found something I do not love about body style. It provided all the services I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve the organizational issues of the team. Sometimes it is tough to maintain everything on schedule as well as Asana tells you all of the tasks and the schedule of theirs in the one place. A huge advantage of Asana is you are able to track and organize all the tasks of yours.

You are able to try it, because there's a free edition and you are able to install it in a couple of minutes.

What do you like best about the product?
We use this platform to carry out a better administration and organization of projects, we carry out a follow-up and we can observe in detail the progress of each one, who is working on which project and what is doing. We also improve our communication through email and it allows us to have a work flow and save time. It is easy to use, easy to install and its interface is organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for our experience, we have not presented any inconvenience, we could only suggest a simplification of functions to improve performance within the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can mainly perform a task administration to our entire work team both inside and outside, since they are also in different geographical locations, it also allows us to observe the development of each project and the tasks assigned as they are. is doing and who is in charge of doing it. It is adequate and adapts easily to all companies, to administer and carry out a more organized management in each project. would like to be able to develop an overall schedule by phase with dates and durations that are dependent. Then when you update the start date all the other dates update

staff being responsible for their tasks. With Asana everyone can view the tasks, comment and change the status real time. this is very helpful to a flexible or remote workplace.

What do you like best about the product?
The high quality user interface facilitates project management and allows for quick and easy assignment of steps to the person responsible for implementation. In addition, you can easily send notifications by e-mail. Sub-task management allows you to configure everything. Instagantt synchronization is ideal and you can view the project management schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been many improvements in recent years, although not every attachment format can be displayed in the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration has been one of the advantages, you can add multiple SaaS platforms and work with them. This is very useful for detailed management of our reports, and templates that are available as standard, which makes our work much easier.

Overall, in general, I find it a great way to organise all of your needs and tasks together where you can share it with the people that need it at work or at home and build it into your solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is not over saturated with features, which more often than not, turns users away. It has exactly what you need and with an easy-to-use UI, you can get organized in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features I'd like to see added, such as a native Mac OS app. The “conversations” interface could be improved as well as some sort of formal file storage solution/organization.
Some of the more amazing features are a little difficult to find (like automation rules, integrated time tracking, built-in forms), so dig around in the 'getting started' guides to see all it has to offer.

Managing multiple projects and tasks with multiple team members is now very easy and actually enjoyable. Also - collaboration for social media posts is absolutely a must for us and Asana streamlines this process.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana's UI is very easy to use and visual. It can make it easier to manage lists of incidents after the expiration date and top priority. Comments to each job allow it to be easier to work with a bigger staff and comply with the results. The job list also makes it much easier to arrange the day, as things are provided in a basic list in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it's better to divide things into individual jobs, it's a lot far better to comment on these exact measures rather than the entire job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows several staff members to quickly perform common things on the exact same page. It's also simple to monitor which jobs are actually performed. It's simple for supervisors to assign tasks and track tasks.

I highly recommend Asana since it's so easy to use and really simple to work with. In terms of functionality and appearance it's less intimidating than some other programs of this particular kind.

I would like using Asana when I could use a friend, couple of cards in the exact opposite direction and a quarter. If I've questions, the editor might be in a position to include notes about the work of mine.

It is painful that you cannot assign exactly the same job to 2 individuals.

Asana was a significant advantage to the company of ours! It's not hard to use, organized, clean, flexible and beautiful adequate to be used to the exact requirements of outstanding businesses.

Asana is ideal for both large and small organizations. If you've a bit less than fifteen employees or maybe thousands of employees, you are able to use Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
The timeline feature and the easy availability of tools for collaboration between the team. I love the fact that tasks and timeline planning feature makes communication with the team better.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's limited to 15 team members only. It would be great to have it open to atleast 20 in the basic plan. I feel there could me more custom templates available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides with a clear collaboration tool between team members and allows clear line of communication. This solves a major miscommunication problem.

It's worth considering for your work management. Helps planning and task management.
