Organized and efficient platform for project and task management

What do you like best about the product?
I like how visually organized and easy to use Asana is. The ability to switch between list, board, and calendar views makes it flexible for different types of projects. Task assignments, due dates, and priority labels ensure that nothing gets missed. I also appreciate the integrations with other tools, which reduce duplication of effort and keep workflows smooth.The most helpful aspect is the way it centralizes all project tasks and updates in one place. It simplifies tracking responsibilities and enhances transparency across the team. Notifications and reminders keep everyone on track, and the progress tracking features make it easy to see where things stand at any point. The upsides include better accountability, reduced communication gaps, and more efficient use of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana is very effective, the learning curve for new users can feel steep at first. Some advanced features are only available in paid plans, which can be limiting for smaller teams. Additionally, when projects grow very large, navigating tasks can feel a bit overwhelming without careful organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the problem of scattered tasks, unclear responsibilities, and missed deadlines by bringing everything into one organized platform. Instead of relying on long email threads or manual tracking, it centralizes projects, assigns clear ownership, and sets deadlines, which improves accountability. This benefits me by saving time, reducing confusion, and ensuring projects move forward smoothly with full visibility on progress. It also strengthens team collaboration, since everyone knows exactly what needs to be done and when.

What do you like best about the product?
IREALLY ENJOY ASANA´S INTERFACE, IS VERY USER FRIENDLY AND EASY TO INTEGRATE AS THE TOOLS OFFERED ARE VERY USEFULL.
I ALSO LIKE THAT YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE IT DEPENDING OF YOUR NEEDS AND YOUR OWN WORKFLOW
IT ALSO EASY TO IMPLEMENT AS ITS VERY INTUITIVE.
THERE ARE ALSO TIERED CUSTOMER SUPPPORT OPTIONS THROGH EMAIL AND A HELP CENTER.
I USE ASANA ALL THE TIME AND FOR EVERYTHNG AT WORK.

THERE IS NO BIULT IN TIME TRACKNG TOOLS AND I FIND THE MOBILE APP VERY LIMITING

So far I am on a trial version so I have not found any bad on this software.

Incredible to start Asana as a company

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is good. I organized all my projects and see which all are pending and which all are done and to where its heading.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they add notifications whenever there is a upcoming deadline or meeting like in 30mins or so. Also if there is a calendar which the team can access to see which project is scheduled today and all the projects in calendar for the team to be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Missed deadlines and work assignments within the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Asana makes it super simplified what is needed to be done and who is doing what all at one place. It was a very tidy UI and tracking tasks and projects is simple. It is a great spot to keep everyone at the same page and understanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Asana can give a feel of little too much specially when you have too many tasks or attachment to handle, seeing all at once can make you feel a lot on the table to do. It can sometime make us slow juggling between the tasks seeing everything at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep all the tasks and projects organised so that I dont miss on anything. It makes easier to track who is doing what and when it is due, which cuts down much time and to and fro in tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so user friendly, motivating with mini celebrations, and great for collaboration. The roll out training was so thorough, engaging, and helpful in implementing asana with my team. The training, support, and templates are wonderful resources
What do you dislike about the product?
The description, sub tasks, and comments can get clunky if not well defined and managed--which is hard to do on a small team
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping our tasks aligned and keeping things from falling through the cracks. As our work and team grows, it's enabling us to keep up with the growth effectively!

What do you like best about the product?
I finally fixed it. Had to spend lots of time but made it. So it's fair to update my review
What do you dislike about the product?
The new support I got seemed to be not AI-powered but real human really trying to help and it worked. Thanks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana was unable to solve my problems, on the contrary, it has been creating and multiplying my problems, eating my time and not caring for anything at all. If I knew it would be like that, I'd never use them.

Asana - Good way to manage projects and tasks

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the most used tool in our company. We use it daily and communicate all the project updates there. It's the only way to assign responsibilities and track projects across teams. Features I like:

1) It's very easy to use and understand. All teams can understand it and use it for their internal teams and projects and does not require a lot of tech knowledge.

2) Support is pro-active and helps whenever we are stuck.

3) Helps to track task by day, week and calendar and gives a vert good overview of individual's and team's workload over the week and month. We use it in our team to manage workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about asana is it's integration with CRMs. The fields in Asana are not dynamically updated via automations and does not integrate very well with CRMs like HubSpot.

Native integrations with such big platforms could be improved, as it results in duplicated efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we are remote company, all our teams very heavily rely on this project management tool to get all the updates and track the progress of any project. It helps us keep all our projects and tasks in one place so nothing gets lost or forgotten. With Asana, every task has a clear owner, deadline and priority and we can very easily see the status of any project at a glance. It’s also easier to coordinate between teams because all updates, files, and comments are tied to the task itself.mI also find the feature of collaborator very useful as everyone gets notified for all the updates to their projects.
Overall it has made our work more organised, reduced miscommunication, increased accountability and helped us hit deadlines more consistently.
