Great organizational help

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because I visualize my projects in a professional way, the support is extremely extraordinary and the price is the best. Asana has no complications to add multiple tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be more productive in terms of deployment, end users have made complaints of this kind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our results in terms of fluency and organization of tasks is full credit to Asana. Without a doubt, the program improves our construction and project development services.
Ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is extremely helpful in project management. It keeps track of all the projects you're working on and is one of the better project management software's I've worked with. Asana also has an app for managing tasks, workflows.
You can also easily attach project work and add in comments after creating the task making it incredibly useful for the team you're working with.

What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has a small learning curve that takes time to get used to. It is slightly glitchy with its notifications feature and I wish there were a way to fix that issue from a user's perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit of using Asana is that it helps keep everyone working on the project on the same page. Everyone is updated about the status of a project whenever someone makes any update to the task.

Exceptional Project Management and Tracking Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of customizing boards to all stages of project elements. I can easily define and track specific project tasks through to completion. The drag and drop feature makes it very efficient to use. It is extremely flexible, and you can tailor it to your particular needs. A must-have for tracking projects across multiple clients!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints or issues with using Asana so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me take what might be an overwhelming number of project tasks and capture them in a well-organized board that empowers me to start moving! Using Asana is helping me minimize stress and be more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
The board feature! That is my favorite way to keep organized for my business. Asana is pleasing to the eye, a convenient tool, and very very user-friendly! It is so easy to navigate Asana. Asana also links with your Google Calendar, which I love so that I can use both tools in case I need to. The aesthetic of the app also makes me extremely more focused and determined to get my work done. I love the fact that I can check up on myself and my work process so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of the Timeline feature, to me, it is a little confusing and boggles my brain a little if I try and use it, so I normally stick to the Board or Calendar features. The only other thing I dislike about Asana is that you cannot upload your own photo for the Project Logo. It would be much more personal if we could upload our own photos for the Project Logo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of being unorganized in my business with Asana. Asana is, in my opinion, the best organizational tool out there for businesses. I am more organized because of Asana and I feel like I am getting more accomplished with the app. Again, Asana is the perfect Management/Organizational app out there, and any business, person, student, teacher, or organization that does not take advantage of this application and this opportunity is really at a loss because it is the most helpful and most organized app on the internet.

Communication chats are pretty good to easily talk with client and internal teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile apps should be in line to the web portal.

Main benifit is to easily stay connected for the project progress.

Get past the learning curve, it's amazing

Intuitive features. Love the easy-toggle between boards, quick assigning to others, sharing tasks across boards, board layouts for different needs (list, timeline, swimlanes, etc.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Annoying you can't really "share" tasks. You can only duplicate them and assign to different people. Super minor nit, and not really important...

Love the hierarchy of portfolios to projects to tasks and sub-tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sub tasks should be limited to a certain level deep, things can get lost in a never-ending well of tasks and sub-tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing team is managing internal and external requests, campaigns and other projects all with the help of Asana. From intake to final stakeholder review and archiving, Asana has proven to be the Swiss-Army knife of project management tools.
Game Changer for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been a game-changer for our organization's project management. We have better collaboration and creativity as a team. Fewer things get missed because of Asana's ability to use due dates and daily reminder emails. Overall, its easy to set up and worth the cost to have the extra step of accountability in our jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things we dislike about Asana. The pros far outweigh the cons. In our organization, we have a lot of reoccurring events and programs. Unfortunately, in Asana, there is no way to bulk copy and past these tasks. It would be better if Asana allowed you to copy more than one task at a time with updated due dates reflected on each job.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Asana, our team had poor communication. We often missed, forgot, or overlooked the small details of an event. With Asana, we take time to collaborate, organize and plan. It has allowed us to take on more projects and events as an organization because they go much smoother with the accountability of Asana.
