Management of tasks and projects, very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is its appearance, it has a very intuitive interface and a fairly simple design, it is very easy to create and assign a task, with its due date, it is also very simple to add comments or descriptions, I can make a view of the task to see its process and development, it has a notification system, it is a very organized and very versatile software, I like that I can add labels to tasks and I can also mention people to receive the notification.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the customer service to improve, it is not as optimal as I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I liked that I was able to configure and customize practically everything, that made the flow was at an optimal level, it is a very solid tool, ideal for monitoring, adding description of tasks and projects, improving organization within the company, and mobile app is as good as desktop site.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana give us a choice, either for lists or a kanban style, to format our dashboard. so with that I could effectivily allocate important tasks with other library assistance. Such as daily routine for library book management /studies / Bookkeeping. also I could quickly assign, edit and create jobs. This is really easy to use and anybody can use it to manage thire tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm using the desktop because mobile versions don't function as I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We monitor all activities and projects and have plenty of data that can be easily found. also we can manage our tasks with other parties to allocate duties.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple projects can be managed simultaneously using this system. In addition to the simple interface, I am delighted to find that a mobile phone version is provided, which is just incredible - you can work from anywhere. Furthermore, there are all the tools necessary to ensure a comfortable working environment. As a whole, this system offers many various possibilities, which makes it superior to others. In addition to the accessible version of the tool, this tool is a good option for small teams. The product makes working in groups easy by organizing them, and the interface is easy to handle and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot use it without the Internet, there are no templates, and it sometimes starts slow for no apparent reason. In addition, due to the loss of connection, I cannot use it on a long journey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are not many people in my team, but they are all professionals. For our team, which is in the retail industry, Asana is an online project management tool that we chose to implement. This tool has allowed me to resolve difficulties and lead a team effectively without being dependent on any other means. This application has several benefits, including simplicity, which is why it is highly recommended.

Asana is fine to do its job, sometimes a bit overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to manage tasks in the form of a timeline. I can drag and drop tasks, easily manage the length, and create dependencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really overwhelming when I work with multiple teams using Asana. I will get assignments all over the place, and sometimes hard to find where they are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinate tasks with cross-functional teams. It's easy to hold people accountable.
Great Visual Task Manager
What do you like best about the product?
I like how visual Asana is. I can look at my calendar and know what my priorities for that day, week, and month are, and each task quickly tells me if I need to finish subtasks. I like having the ability to collaborate with other teammates, or keep just my own tasks in check.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that Asana would somehow merge with my Google calendar, so any meetings I have scheduled would show on the same days as tasks I have assigned and I could plan my days and weeks with all info in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems have come to light at this point. I enjoy having a task management system that I can quickly glance at and add/edit things easily. It has resolved my numerous paper to-do lists that would be scattered across my desk!
Great for teams that have lots of moving parts and need to keep on top of progress and deliverables
What do you like best about the product?
Asana's easy to set up, roll out and use. The different layouts are clear, and the ability to add sub-tasks is helpful too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a little clunky when you get into the depths of it, like adding sub tasks to other columns on a board. I'd love to see a drag/drop feature to move subtasks between main tickets too.

Staying on track and accountable for marketing deliverables. Forward planning marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Asana platform because it's very easy to use and has a lot of tools that are very useful. Something that my team and I appreciate is the possibility that you have to make schedules, I was always very disorganized and lost when it came to organizing our times but with this tool from Asana we can make very good schedules, easily and very beautiful, which we like very much.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's very important to know that it's a page for work, for workgroups, and we really liked the presentation, the layout of the page is amazing and we couldn't believe how well the page was used. We had no problem using the page, what is more, the page is very easy to use, we used it one day and we were almost experts, we liked it a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's something very important when you're working with a group of people and that is to have a report of what each one has done, and I haven't found another page or app that does it the way Asana does. Here we can create objectives, publish them and review the report of each of my workers to know what their progress has been, and above all, Asana has been very useful for me with regard to the management of challenges of my colleagues since it is important the correct distribution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think they should talk to their team first, it's very important that everyone knows the platform and gets familiar with it before they start. Everyone must be willing to change the way they used to work, and they must understand that it is a change for the better. Asana is going to change their life, their work and the way they see group work, it's very important to understand that in order to have a very good and efficient job.
The Greatest Project Management Tool I've Ever Used!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Asana simplifies team-based and personal-based work management. My favorite feature is the tasks calendar view.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows my staff and me to work on the same project while having visibility to the team's progress. Asana also has increased accountability and communication for my staff on a project.
