Useful, but potential for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The graphics were great and very tongue-in-cheek. Checking off tasks was also quite pleasant!
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating subtasks or doing anything OTHER than creating tasks required training and mostly a lot of Googling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating on research and writing policy briefs, ensuring everyone is being held accountable and on track with their tasks.
It's OK, but I just can't get used to it

I like to use a project mangement tool to keep track of progress. I do not specifically prefer Asana over any other.
What do you dislike about the product?
I see it has a lots of features I just don't know how to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of everybodys work, keeping track of progress, work organization.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just make sure you find yourself confortable using it.
Asana is my favourite to do list in the world!

Asana is just the best and helps me stay so organised on track of everything. It is neat, tidy, super easy to use and doesn't over bother you with push notifications. It also makes you feel great about yourself when you complete a task or project!

There isn't much I dislike about Asana as I think they've pretty much got everything right!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me to stay on track, manage and prioritise my workload effectively. We have also recently trialled the business account which was super cool too.

Nothing I found bad about this Application till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently I am working in Android project using Agile methodology.
So The interaction with client with this Application is best we have in the market.
Here Client can post a Ticket and assigned to the developers and developers can immediately work on that ticket and resolve that.

What do you like best about the product?
The project management of task is very streamlined and reliable. We love the ease of commenting inside tasks and the ease of adding in attachments to those tasks. The organization of tasks in the list view help provide us a quick glance at where we're at with each project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much we dislike about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking and management. We've realized the need for more organization as our company continued to grow, Asana made it easier to better track all projects as our workload increased.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to duplicate checklists! My team uses a generic checklist that we then customize to fit a specific project, but it's great not to have to start from scratch
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendar view is overwhelming. We have too many tasks due across a specific week (instead of having a specific date as a deadline). So in calendar view, there is too much going on. It's be nice to be able to exclude certain projects/tasks from calendar view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that my team solves is not letting tasks fall through the cracks. Each project has so many minute details to complete, and even those that know the process in-and-out can forget them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your team has trouble keeping track of multiple tasks for projects, then Asana is a great time-management and task-management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Asana allowed me the ability to easily track, monitor and influence our marketing and IT teams with vital projects. Having real time updates is essential for leadership meetings and being able to provide crucial updates to clients and vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was challenging that Asana did not integrate easily with Microsoft Teams - We found Trello had the capability yet Asana did not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time insight and knowledge into what each member on my team was working on. From afar, it could appear that one was not being productive and having to engage in a conversation that would later be found not to be true was a waste of both mine and the employees time.
Additionally, we were effectively able to track and trend quarterly goal progress and update our executives accordingly.

Perfect for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
The different options available for organizing projects is very helpful and the fact that you can have multiple projects across multiple teams in many spaces helps keep relevant information in a designated spot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning period at first which is a little frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects are now completed on schedule while holding team members responsible for their tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana because it has many work areas that make automation and other projects more versatile.
What I like the most is that these projects can be manipulated or modified by those who are part of the group in ASANA. I loved that idea because it allows everyone to bring their ideas.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it somewhat complicated to understand the modifications of the other members, it would be good, for example:
three members in the group, there should be three copies of the same project to know the changes each one has made

I have coworkers in different parts of the country and we work on the same project, it has helped us collaborate with each other in the development of our project.

I recommend this program or software because if you work with several colleagues on the same project and are at a distance, this program will help you communicate very well regarding the changes made by each group member.
