Great at Keeping My Brain Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I have always loved the Asana format. What made it my favorite platform is when they integrated the board and list format so I no longer had to choose and could easily see more detail in the list format when needed and spend most of my time in the board format which works well for my visual mind and easily distracted ADHD brain. I love that you can get as detailed as you want in the tasks. It is feature-rich even in the free version.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may seem silly, but the "cards" on the board view are too big vertically, making it so I can't see as many at one time on my screen and I have to scroll. I would like to be able to upgrade without having to have to pay for multiple users since I am a team of one, sometimes two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is my go-to for planning and activities. It keeps me on track and has a calendar view for me to see what is ahead of me. It allows me to plan my now and keep my future in reach.

Asana is great for teams of one and for teams as well.

I love the incredible functions of Asana as a project management tool, because it allows me to easily improve the organization of my daily work and work cooperatively with my colleagues to improve certain sections of our programming.
What do you dislike about the product?
After many months using Asana, I have been delighted with its simplicity and effectiveness in helping me improve my production, so I have no bad comments about the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has allowed me to manage all the high school projects that I manage, in order to establish my employees' budgets and those that will end up destined for future investments in favor of the school. Thanks to Asana I have been able to improve my work situation.

Asana is the most complete of the tools currently available in the resource management application market: it will allow you to organize your activities more effectively from any site thanks to its availability on a wide variety of mobile devices and its incredible optimization!
Its operating structure and graphic appearance are outstanding features of the platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It provides a service with defined and usable features to promote project management and monitoring through planning and coordination of person or group operation and its ease of use is a very good experience for every user and I like the administration of the boards where the status and progress of every planned event is monitored.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once started, it can be observed that there is functional elements on the platform which can be improved, for example using editable templates with a wider variety of options and complementary resources that can be added without links to other applications of similar use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform provides an user experience for comfort and ease of use and for quick integration between the user and the tools available, and all the resources are accessible to users from the same very dynamic and efficient interface with a very strong creative function that enables you to quickly, safely and without the need for preliminary training or introductive training with the available options.

It is perfectly designed to meet the needs of any company and does not take long to implement, despite its operational complexity in project management, and is highly efficient to put it quickly into operation between the company's internal community.

In general, Asana has facilitated my work, I love this tool because it helps me to organize my business projects with my work team. I can also ensure that it has a very nice and intuitive interface to use. I consider that I have no complaints against Asana since it is a complete software and very easy to use. It is one of the most complete project management tools currently available. I am very satisfied with Asana.

Organize and Prioritize Better
What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of Asana. It is easy to use and easy to see all information. It’s formatted as an interactive “check list” , making it very simple to learn and navigate through tasks. It’s good for not only business purposes, but to use a personal checklist as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get cluttered depending on how many projects/tasks you have going at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is more organized and we know what to prioritize using Asana. We can assign tasks with due dates so that we stay accountable and on top of our projects.

So much clicking! It takes forever to mark off all my staffs individual tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure how useful it is with a big staff. I use it to oversee my staff and it just takes so much time to put all their names and individual tasks in.

What do you like best about the product?
The app is simple in terms of design and user friendly. Best for those who have a lot tasks daily either in the office or at home. You can plot your future plans easily. Effective software for a group of people in an organization because it serves as a reminder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many users knows this app hence the owner should promote this app to see its potential. Sometimes, the app freezes and does not respond. There should be themes so that it will be attractive to everyone who uses it. There should be a tutorials on how to use it properly in case some old folks will use it.

The perfect Task management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy asana is to use. The various display options make it appealing for different types of people. As a more creative person, the layout and organization of Asana appeals to me and makes it easy for me to understand and use. It'a also very user friendly and can intergrate into other apps like Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Asana. I think sometimes It can take extra time to keep your account organized, but that's the same with any task management software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do a lot of subcontracting work and Asana is integral to the success of my projects with my various colleagues. It's to manage and keep overall projects, as well as individual tasks organized.
