Asana to keep projects organized
What do you like best about the product?
We are using Asana for many years now, Asana is a great tool for us to keep everything organized in our company. Unlike other tools our there, Asana forces us in a very visual way to work on the track which I believe awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
We like every bit of Asana, However we believe the free version should give more Fields rather than limiting it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use asana to ensure that we are working on the track to achieve our company goals as well as to track projects. Asana is doing a great job to keep us organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When it comes to project tracking, Asana is the easiest and cleanest way to keep on track.
Good Design
What do you like best about the product?
Like the design, looks clean and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The payment structure is not very flexible. I wanted to use it for my personal stuff but there was no option to buy the premium features for 1 person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More flexible payment structure.
Good Tool For Work Management
What do you like best about the product?
A balanced work environment, you can create task assign it, see the comments for whats going on that project. Also you can schedule your task for this week or next month so on... Their lots more for project management and monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since, I am using from few months and looks good so far to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social media calendar - what post when and where have to share.
Monthly Meeting - task which includes what content have to present in meeting and when.
Website - whats going on website which person working on which module.
Campaign - Weekly update on paid campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a flexible and fast tool. it is also feature-rich. Its new timeline view makes it easier to manage dependencies. It is one of the best tools out there for project management. The Premium account includes everything in the free account and removes the limits on team sizes, dashboards, and search tools. Premium accounts come with a few additional perks, including Asana's Timeline feature, private teams and projects, custom fields, task dependencies, administrative controls, and priority support. Private projects are only accessible to invited members, while projects that are not private are accessible to everyone on the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is not ideal for graphics-intensive work. It can not switch between Task and Kanban project views after creation. The inbox feature can be a little overwhelming if you are work with Asana just from its project boards and only checking it periodically. It would be great if it auto-cleared once a project/task is marked complete. Email notifications can get excessive. You have complete control over them but initially, they can be annoying until you set the frequency you want them. It would be better if this was set during the sign-up process. Notes, discussions, and attachments in subtasks sometimes go unnoticed if working from the main project board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is a workflow management tool that you primarily use to manage tasks. It differs from traditional project management apps namely due to its lack of structure. Asana is like a deck of cards, whereas project management software is like a board game. Board games are designed to be played with a series of preset rules. It's unusual for players to stray too far from these set instructions, although everyone might agree to some modifications from time to time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Asana keeps you on track and helps you prioritize projects and to-dos. I like that you can see what you've previously worked on and accomplished. It's less appropriate for teams who are very active inside their email, like Outlook, and prefer to use the Tasks function already in their email software. Asana is rewarding to teams and helps projects be completed on time.
Excellent for Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
Adding tasks is quick from the app. It's easy to manage your projects from start to finish with everything being easy to enter and keep track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a way to use the software to see more than 1 task that's due on the same day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The home view seems to be a cluttered mess of all your tasks instead of more organized. One benefit I've found is the more time management way to use the program. Like it will say Today, Later or Upcoming and I don't feel so overwhelmed thinking the next part is due when it isn't.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it for yourself especially if you have a problem organizing multiple projects with multiple tasks.
Asana great for a team
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can get notifications on a project and know what has been done on it. It is perfect for a big group working separately on many projects. It takes a team at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how you have to pay for people to have admin rights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working as a team, staying organized & completing tasks on time

Great for team projects. I would recommend trying out the free version first

Great Way To See Progress On Projects
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to layout all project tasks and important information in one spot. You can also see the progress as tasks are being completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Archiving can make projects disappear making it difficult to search for them later
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used to layout and track progress of projects we are currently working on. Also, used as a communication method for updates and important information.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I enjoy the ease of used and the ability to visibly track progress of projects while still being able to update and communicate with the team in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I could notice with asana is that a tool that supports any browser is also totally free and when I talk about this it is that it is really free is not like the others that offers a trial period is not since you register, also complete its registration is very easy everything changes from the perspective of the organization in the company to be able to track all your projects, something that I also like asana is that I can be aware of my work and at the same time not lose touch with my coworkers since it brings the function of a chat so as not to lose communication within the same company.
What do you dislike about the product?
No wonderful platform is like this just by offering its services totally free, this is more than great since everything that it offers really fulfills it, I have used it and I have not been able to visualize anything bad in this powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the benefits with asana are quite clear and it is that since it was used in my company I arrive to stay at the moment to increase all the productivity in my company the cost savings have been very noticeable apart from that the automation with asana helps me to simplify the workflows, it contains the possibility to help me avoid mistakes and so I can save time to solve it since it helps me solve all the most important problems.

With exactitude we know that with asana you will always maintain the organization, you will always be up to date, and the key will be that your development and commitment within each company is the best and the productivity will be wider every day that is why with asana you always go to keep you focused on the goals, projects and tasks that make any company grow based on what it develops and contributes.

In asana we can share the progress of task without getting in contact with other people

There are no such dislike about asana..intact I enjoy using asana

I am creating tasks using asana and then a team of people completes the taks.
